The room was clean and I liked the bathroom layout and colors. the master bed was comfortable and spacious. The location is quiet area and near small mall 10 minutes walk and beside a very nice park which is the biggest in Madrid .Most important easy access to metro . In general I enjoyed my stay and definitely I will come back again with my family

The sofa bed was hard and uncomfortable. With the restaurant closed, I had to walk to the neighboring hotel to bring breakfast to my wife and child. The tea tray had only green tea and minimal sugar, and when I asked for black tea and ice, I was told to get it myself from the other hotel

We didn’t expect this hotel to be in such a nice neighborhood. We stayed for 1 week. Lots of cafes and restaurants. Lots of free parking space. The hotel parking is a paid service. Apparently it’s close to the airport but we haven’t seen or heard any plane. The hotel is next to Novotel and both have a swimming pool which customers can use. Pullmans pool opens at 10 am till 6pm and Novotels opens from noon till 8pm. Free towel service at the pool. There’s a life guard at all times. There were lots of couples with young kids. We didn’t use the breakfast buffet but I know that kids are for free. Hotel personnel is very friendly and helpful. Airconditioning works perfect. Spacious rooms. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Short pool hours.

Well equipped room with spacious bathroom. It has everything you need. Staff was nice. Metro station is 5-10min walk, the hotel is near the Fair so it's probably popular among business people.

It's a bit far from the center, so if you came for sightseeing and main attractions/museums you might loose some time in transport.

I stay here every year. It's close to the airport, walking distance to IFEMA, and I'm able to host several meetings with colleagues in the lobby area where there is plenty of seating. The staff is very friendly, but surely over-worked.

The rooms could use updating, and it always seems like the hotel is understaffed during a very busy time of the year when the hotel is typically fully-booked.

the room met my expectations. The Hotel is in walking distance to the Feria - perfect! It is also close to a park and i managed to do 2 runs there during my stay.

The f&b facilities in the hotel are not great. the restaurant in the Novotel next door was ok

Th bed was comfortable and a have a great night sleep. Shower was big enough with different settings.

I travelled for work- attend a exhibition at Ifema. My room didn't have a desk and a chair which was a bit of problem to get some work done as sitting in bed with the laptop is not ideal and uncomfortable. No iron and iron board provided by default on the room- you need to ask reception but the iron board was far too small for ironing the shirts. Having some more vegan options for breakfast will be great.

Room was great for a family of 4. Bed and linen were super comfortable. Breakfast was divine.

We got there at 10:35pm with young kids and thought we could order room service which closed at 11pm, we had driven over 5hrs but were told it was already closed so was slightly disappointed by that.

Such an elegant place, very kind and professiobsl staff . the the rooms were spacious for a family of 4 and the beds were comfortable. big and beautiful bathroom. breakfast was very complete and good— fresh fruit, eggs, tortilla soagnols, yogurts, all kinds of bread, many treats and so much more. it took about 7 to 10 minutes to get to the hot hotel from the airport. The pool was great for the kids with lifeguard and towel service. they also have a late checkout if 3 pm. perfect for us to enjoy before going back to the airport for the second leg of our trip home back to the US.

facilities are very good, location it’s a bit far from the city but you have the subway just next to the hotel, very clean rooms highly recommended

The rooms have a cards that have to be reconfigured every time you come back to the hotel, that’s kind annoying
