The room decor was minimalist but the design of the desk, side tables etc was exceptionally functional. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The shower was strong and hot. The air conditioning was silent and very efficient. The location is perfect if you want easy access to the old town - cathedral, Mercado, Alcazaba - and it's a quick walk to the more modern areas and train station.

The front desk staff could have been more forthcoming - they were not outgoing and friendly like I expect, especially in Spain.

Overall, the location was excellent. Our room was basic, yet clean, spacious, and the internet connection worked flawlessly. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Although the hotel does not offer breakfast, I recommend the eatery right next to the hotel door, very good and convenient.

I have no complaints, and I understand that this is not a five-star hotel. However, if I had to mention one thing, it would be that I expected a bit more in terms of toiletries. Usually, to minimize unnecessary weight in my suitcase, I rely on the body creams and toiletries provided by my accommodation. Unfortunately, this time there was only shower gel, shampoo, and shower caps. I’m grateful that there was at least something!

Clean, comfortable bed, good size room, comfortable shower, safe in room, good AC, walking distance from all major sites, bike rental nearby, excellent and cheap breakfast options at the restaurant downstairs, airport bus nearby, beach nor far, receptionists always nice and helpful.

One night, I was up till 3 a.m. due to some noisy and misbehaving group of guests on my floor. I was not expecting that kind of people at such a nice hotel. I asked them myself to stop, but no luck. Reception had to deal with them... very unpleasant.

I liked the location of the hotel. It was close to the old town, the main train and bus station. An airport connection was available via the train station nearby. Good cafes were available nearby. The town's main attractions were nearby. The room was nicely cleaned as well. There are a lot of discount coupons for different services or activities available in the lobby area. The bed was quite comfortable.

The hotel doesn't have an included breakfast for such a price per night: I booked this place last minute, so I had to take it. It is quite noisy outside no matter what time of the day it is. A garbage bin was quite small and only available in the bathroom, so I had to keep my trash in a separate bag close to the door. Other than that, I have nothing else to complain about.

This is my second time to stay at this hotel . The location could not be better . The beds are super comfy and the air conditioning is excellent . It is so quiet. The staff were so lovely and helpful.

The storage in the room is not good . I think there could be some drawers or what would be very handy would be some hooks in the bathroom and in the room as we had nowhere to hang towels etc . There were 3 of us in the room and the wardrobe is tiny. We just left our clothes in our suitcases . Hooks would have been great to hang some of our clothes on . These are very minor issues but just something that could make a difference 😃

it’s location. it is situated right in the heart of a buzzing crowd. the staff are very friendly and helpful.The beds are very comfortable.

because of its central location, you can hear the municipal cleaning services driving to and fro, the homeless speaking very loud in the streets. this may keep you out of your sleep.

Perfect location for the old town. The room was spotlessly clean and had a well appointed bathroom including a bath,with good pressure for the shower. Good soundproofing and,with quiet but efficient air conditioning, it was possible to sleep well, despite being in the city centre.

Room was quite small.

Excellent location right next to center, harbour promenade and Alameda Metro. Restaurants in the neighborhood. Straightforward connections to airport. Bar in ground floor serves several simple breakfast alternatives (no buffet). We asked for a quiet room and got it.

Bar is not open on Sundays. AC blows directly to bed. We could not find a way to slow down AC for night mode, but luckily outside temperature was not too high.

Great comfortable straight forward hotel for a night in Malaga for onward journey to other parts of Andulcia. Clean, comfortable,modern room and bathroom. No the biggest but was totally what we required. Quiet room on side of building except for usually Spainish refuse collection as expected. Had good bed linen, large bed , hairdryer and lighting, mini fridge to put water in. Useful charging points next to bed. Simply furnished but everything you needed for a few nights. What l would expect from comfortable 3 star hotel in city.

Location of the Hotel is superb. In walking distance of major attractions, as well as the waterfront. Bus stops and metro are directly near the hotel. Even carrying all my luggage, it was "no sweat" to reach the metro. The beach is reachable in some walking distance. I did walk by it to look, but did not otherwise visit the beach. Room was very clean and serviced daily by very attentive staff. There was someone at the front desk 24 hours. Breakfast is not served by the hotel, however, the adjacent cafeteria served simple and cheap breakfast, which I frequented daily. There would have been other options for breakfast nearby as well.

It did not bother me, but here was some noise from the street even at late hours. Persons susceptible to noise might find this disturbing.
