The location was very good The apartment was spacious with a very big balcony overlooking the pool. The staff were friendly and the apartment was cleaned every day. Overall it was the best apartment we have ever stayed in. Definitely would recommend it and would stay there again

The fridge was full of achohol for sale which left very little room for food that you may have wanted to buy yourself. An oven would have been great.

Excellent location. Couple of minutes walking to the beautiful beach and the promenade, 15 minutes to the old town. You can easely reach Puerto Banus, Canada Center Mall and other surroundings by car or bus. Very spacious clean suites, equipped kitchen, balcony, very good Wi-Fi, cable TV with some English channels. There is a big pool and free parking around. The hotel itself and surrondings are very clean. The hotel offers on site Italian restaurant, where you can enjoy breakfast or brunch. The staff is nice and helpful.Great for couples or family. Enjoy!

Great location.

We have stayed here several times as we are 2 friends and having separate bedrooms and bathrooms really suits us. We have always been very happy with the suites but on this occasion we had to ask to change as they gave us a suite which was substandard. We were informed by reception that the management who let the rooms do not do quality checks.

The room, or small apartment, was large and beautiful. It had a balcony. The breakfast was delicious and varied. We were even able to park in the front of the hotel for free. A five minute walk took us to a gorgeous boardwalk along the Mediterranean. Lots of restaurants nearby.

The balcony view was incredible. Good location to the beach and conveniently near supermarkets like Lidl and Carrefour. It’s about a 30 min walk to the old town though and we often had to take Uber’s to places (would honestly recommend renting a car here instead). We wish we came during the weekend because the pool wasn’t open yet but it looked beautiful! There’s a restaurant downstairs that overlooks the pool, we only got coffees there but the workers were very nice and friendly

Our keycard constantly stopped working and had to go to reception to get it fixed (this happened about 5-6 times over our 3 day stay). ☹️☹️ Although the front desk was nice, it was honestly quite inconvenient that we continuously ran into that same problem

It’s a unique hotel. It was once a 5-star hotel, but not anymore, and now there are both suites and some permanent residents. The decor and everything in the room are old, like from the 1990s, but still functional. They gave us a large flat with 4 beds, 2 bathrooms, and a huge balcony, which we really appreciated, as I had only booked a studio but was upgraded to a premium one. The pool is very big, and for the price we paid, everything was quite convenient. The location isn’t very central, but it’s still easy to get to the center, and there are nice restaurants and great beaches right behind the hotel.

Penthouse room with a hot tub for two and great views of the mountains and sea. Good location in Marbella near local public transport. Close to Lidl and fuel station. Short distance to beachfront and walk into Marbella.

Kitchen had everything we needed but was small, only one person could really cook in there efficiently. Furniture wasn't particularly comfy, and some was dated. The hotel pool, bars, restaurants and shops were all closed so the place felt soulless.

Did not like that the guests were considered thieves. Soap and shampoo were screwed to the wall in inconvenient places. The deposit was taken

This was just like checking into a hotel and staff were on hand for any questions or queries. We stayed for a long weekend and needed to work while we were there. The Wifi was super fast which was a big bonus for us. It's like being in an apartment with the bonus of a hotel such as daily cleaner & reception desk. We particularly liked the minibar/snacks provided which were paid for, but not ridiculously over priced. Plenty of space in the room and lovely and clean. Ideal for a weekend as a couple. Difficult to say if we would stay for a longer time as nothing was open (we visited out of season and were aware of this before travelling). Just a few minutes walk and we were hitting all the bars and restaurants.
