The location was excellent, right on the beach. We had a partial sea view but it was lovely, nice big balcony, room was huge. We ate at the hotel once - it was tasty and the customer service was fantastic. Travelling with a toddler, it was handy to have kitchen facilities for snacks. We didn't end up spending loads of time at the hotel, we were out and about with the location being so accessible. It just really exceeded my expectations!

There's nothing that could be done, but the lifts/elevators are small. We took our travel pram but not sure our other one would have fit in without being folded - might be worth keeping in mind if you have accessibility issues.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel — the room was clean, cozy, and comfortable, with everything we needed. The location was excellent, close to shops, the beach, and restaurants.

The only small downside was the smell from nearby restaurants that could be noticed in the evenings and at night. But overall, everything was great! A wonderful place to stay.

Location Location location!!! Absolutely excellent location right on the promenade sea about 20 steps away loads of shops and bars left and right only a few mins walk from the old town which is simply gorgeous marina right beside apartment was lovely and so clean facilities really good all you need in the kitchen

Ok if I had anything I wasn't really so happy with it was the swimming pool it's very small and to the front of the building so its beside the street now you are protected from the street by a fence so that's fine. It just wasn't the big blue pool that you can swim in and is kinda what you expect but having said that it was fine. You can get into it to cool down and relax on the sun loungers I do like to swim and its not thst kind of pool. BUT the location and quality of apartment is so good the pool wouldn't put me off going again. BUT if you like a pool you can stay by all day in the sun and swim in then its not for you that's my opinion anyway

everything is excellent, hotel right on the beach, few minutes walk along to the harbour. They have a massive beautiful Moroccan restaurant right on the sea from too. Iv been coming to this hotel for years & every time the staff are so friendly & supportive, they go out their way to accommodate all your needs, beautiful hotel with the best staff. Huge amount of restaurants & bars right outside the hotel, supermarkets & everything you need to make a perfect holiday.

nothing disliked as we loved everything. excellent spotless clean big rooms too.

We stayed in room 101 approximately 10m away from our outside wall next to balcony there was an air conditioner unit that ran 24 hours a day Absolutely no view ( apart from side of hotel next door) of the sea and hardly any sunshine

Location was great for the beach, but the beach isn’t the cleanest. Hotel room was lovely and clean and the restaurant at the back of the hotel was nice.

Cleaners weren’t happy about changing our towels, but the weather was extremely hot and we were showering more than once a day. Some of the reception staff were a little rude and unwelcoming. For the size of the hotel the pool had very limited beds and was small

I loved staying here because of the location being by the beach and how spacious the rooms were. The staff are very nice and pleasant. I felt very safe here and welcomed. I intended to stay one night and ended up staying for about three weeks.

Having two twin beds together was uncomfortable, particularly when they split apart while sleeping. I'd have preferred a queen or king-size bed.

Very friendly staff, location is right on the sea front and close to the old town, the view is facing another hotel so if you want the sea view you need to pay more for an end room. There is also bike hire available which is perfect for cycling the golden mile into Puerto banus! Great trip, thank you 😊

this property was in a great location, basically on the beachfront. Departments were clean and the staff were really friendly and accommodating. The shower in the bathroom was super powerful which was excellent. There was also the option of adding breakfast, which was a eat, or you can buffet style for under €10 per person. The accommodation was very close to bars and restaurants, as well as little shops. We walked to the old town which was about 20 minutes away and gorgeous.

The swimming pool was very small. They didn’t have tall glasses in the apartment which would be good for drinks before going out. Our air-conditioning didn’t work in the front room, but we let Reception know and they were going to look into it.

Great location right next to the beach, on the promenade, near restaurants, coffee shops and 15 mins walk to Old Centre. Good facilities and very clean. Very nice reception staff, helped us with choosing a different room and allowed us an extra hour free of charge at check out.

We visited in January and it was a bit cold at night because there were only simple blankets to cover with. Duvets would add to the room comfort in winter months. The air conditioning didn't work the first night and it was really cold, but the reception staff offered us extra blankets and sent the technician to solve the issue the very next morning.
