It was very clean and tidy, housekeeping exceptional and the food was your standard all inclusive fare. Staff pleasant and easy to communicate with and very helpful. The pools are beautiful and very well maintained along with the rest of the grounds. Theas was a lovely addition and I loved the smoothies from there.

I thought evening entertainment was a little questionable at times and sometimes a little risqué. The surrounding area of bahia feliz isn't great, loads of tunnels with unsavoury characters. The security of the complex could be better as someone was able to walk straight through the gates, walk into an apartment and steal my partners phone.

Very well located with local restaurants and shops 2 minutes walking distance. We paid for breakfast only and managed to try all the local restaurants in a small square very close to the hotel as well as the on site El Sultan restaurant, all of which were good value for money. There were sun loungers available each time we visited the pool so didn't need to walk around for too long (busy periods were around lunchtime so best time in the mid-morning if you want good seats). We spontaneously joined the aqua fitness on our last day in the pool which was a nice surprise! Breakfast was 5/5 and numerous tables and seats available when we attended between 8-9am. There's plenty of different foods including cooked food made by the chefs. There was a local taxi rank that had at least 2-3 taxis available if you needed. On site by the reception was a mini mart so when we ran out of sun screen or needed some snacks, it was very convenient to buy goods as needed. Plus the complimentary mini bar in our room fully stocked with water and soft drinks. A/C worked nicely but we did have access to the balcony if we wanted some ventilation.

The TV facilities was a bit lacking. The remote control had short cut buttons to streaming platforms like Netflix and Prime but they didn't work so ended up watching live TV. Not a huge loss but something we noticed.

Orquidea is situated right on the beach, and it's the perfect place for long walks by the sea. There's also a bus stop nearby. The best feature in this hotel is its people. From the cleaning ladies to the restaurant/bar staff and the animation team, everyone is super-nice and helpful. Animation is top-notch, with plenty of different activities and games, day and evening, hosted by the incredible animation team. A special note to the amazing singers/actors/dancers Alicia, Daniel, Jessica and Martina. They really are the cherry on top, performing together three nights a week, plus their individual cabaret shows. Don't miss them!

I was disappointed by the food in the main restaurant. On some evenings, it was OK , but half the time it was very boring with little variety on offer. Breakfast is good, but they should put some more effort on their dinner service.

I usually struggle during trips because the beds are hard. But not here. The beds were so soft and comfy that I had some of the best sleeps I have ever had on a trip. The breakfast buffet was versatile and the staff did a great job keeping it clean. It’s an excellent place to take small kids to. I think 75% of the guests had small children and there seemed to be interesting things for them to do. There’s an amazing beach behind the hotel. We loved watching and listening to the ocean, so if you’re into that kind of relaxation, don’t let this gem pass you by.

the hotel is very perfect - clean, beautiful, comfortable. the choice of food is large - always - breakfast, lunch, dinner. program every evening, cocktails, good mood. the rooms are cleaned every day, the staff is very friendly and helpful.

the only problem is that every morning, before dawn, someone cleaned the hotel - drilled, sanded (some work was going on), when the hotel is full of guests and everyone sleeps with the windows open. we really didn't like waking up from this noise every morning!

Location - Approx 20 min from Airport via Cab/Public transport(near to Bahia Feliz bus stop). Check for public transport timings as its quite cheap and convenient as the buses have a separate luggage space. We went for All-Inclusive and the quality of food options were really nice. Kids food section was also decent. Food Options - Breakfast - Live cooking section for Omelettes & Pancakes with other items like Croissants(was super tasty), Porridge, Granola, fresh fruits etc. Lunch - Live cooking section for perch or turkey/chicken breast with other items Pizzas, rice, casserole, whole baked chicken/fish, pastas, noodles, stirred fried veggies, desserts(lot to choose from) ofc :) etc. Dinner - Lunch - Live cooking section for perch or turkey/chicken breast with other items rice, casserole, whole baked chicken/fish, pastas, noodles, stirred fried veggies, desserts(lot to choose from) ofc :) etc. Pool - Children/Baby pool as advertised! Family pool with Aqua fit like activities which was really great. There were other activities also aligned during the day which were fun as well. Bahia Feliz beach was quite near but it was more of a pebbles beach with black sand. Room - It was a decent room with basic TV with loaded channels in English, German, Swedish, Russian, Spanish etc., small fridge, water kettle, safety box. Room cleaning service was par and punctual.

WiFi service wasn't seamless. We had troubles here and there connecting to WiFi on Apple & Samsung phones both.

The breakfast was buffet and very good. Loads of choice and very good food. The room was very large and good view of the sea and pool. It was clean and airy and the bed was big. The mattresses were a little soft for us and there was a lot of noise from upstairs and next doors children. Even in February it was difficult to get a sun bed.

Too many children but we dont normally stay in hotels like this so we understood. Everyone looked like they were having a good time but it was not for us.

We were amazed by hotel, the view, hospitality of all employes and food. Initially we booked option only with the breakfast and later on ended eating almost every day dinner in the hotel (20 Euros per person which we found very reasionable). Also to mention, there were a lot of creative vegetarian options on the table. Special thanks to Fernando, our receptionist who gave use very warm welcome. Highly recommend this accomodation. Variety of food in each of the meals. Maybe could get repetitive if staying for a week, but the quality was very good. Loved all of the activities offered as well. We went without kids and even though the hotel seems centered around families there were still plenty of activities for adults. And the staff were very friendly and making the activities very fun for all.

Wifi was not very strong around the property.

The room was comfortable, liked the view. Breakfast is amazing. The location of the hotel is great, easy to get there by bus from the airport. Shops nearby. Ocean is really close. You can chill by the pool during the day.

There was almost no wifi at all, only near the reception. There were so many cockroaches in the room.
