Lifts are slow

We absolutely loved our room with the hot tub on the roof and the comfortable beds up there. We loved how close it was to the beach. The staff were friendly.

We went half board but personally we thought the food wasn’t that great and was very repetitive and somewhat bland. There was also a contradiction between what we had been told by different staff members. One said ask for the mini fridge to be filled whenever you need more but then after we did ask For more soft drinks when they had ran out a different member of staff said it’s only to be re stocked once a day. There was also an issue at check in where our room and reservation number had been put under someone else’s details. This was all sorted though and the member of staff very apologetic. All in all we did enjoy our stay and would stay again but not go half board.

great location. booked a room with private terrace and jacuzzi and it was well worth it. Stairs up to terrace were a bit of a challenge when you are super afraid of heights . my terrace was a bit „exposed“ as it was in clear view from ski bar but also that’s not really and issue. super comfy beds and it was very quiet. Included mini bar a nice touch. no extra fees for safe or towel deposit. breakfast was super rich and had everything you could want, even when you come late (10.30). sky bar is nice with superb views. Maybe it would be helpful to have two different lounge mattresses on the private terrace so it makes it a bit easier to move around in case someone likes shade and the other person likes sun. I felt a bit bad to use the jacuzzi since water is always an issue in mallorca but that’s a personal problem.

not many options to get shade by the pool area and it was hard to find a lounger if you didn’t come super early or reserve one. but i guess most people want to lay in the sun!

Great location. Breakfast selection is great. Pool bar food is high quality. Very luxurious feel to the whole place. Loved our sea view balcony. Lovely quiet private pool on the roof.

Have been to this property before so this is just a mild annoyance (but didn’t put me off the hotel), the pool is in total shade until at least 11am, closer to 12 maybe. Because of this we opted to be €100 extra a day for a Bali bed on the roof which gets full sun (this price includes a bottle of Prosecco or 6 beers/soft drinks). My only complaint was on this visit the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night.

The location is very close to the beach and many restaurants, the breakfast very good with much variety, the staff was attentive. The view from the premier room is amazing.

If you are a light sleeper like me you may be disturbed by the noise in the street at night and early hours (there are people coming from Magaluf singing and shouting). Also the rooms are quite small and the bathroom is not in a separate space from the bedroom so you don’t have much privacy. The space for storage is small if you stay for more than 4-5 days.

Very clean and new hotel with nice designed rooms, I have travelled by myself so the room size was perfect, for 2 it would be a bit small though. Nice location, beach in front of the hotel, dreamy blue water, couples and seniors are main visitors. close but still enough far away from the party crowd of magaluf. ATM, Supermarket and bars/restaurants super close. Breakfast very good and huge, room service food alright. Big portions. Perfect spot for a short single stay to tank energy and sun. high value for money!

The Hotel is not very expensive for a 5 stars spot, and you notice this because the hotel guests are partly not the 5 stars guests you expect, most of them appear very middle-class, no elegant atmosphere at all. Pool was not very welcoming, pool is clean, but very basic and daybeds are not comfy, the comfy ones cost extra 50 Euro per day. the roof top bar is beautiful but very small and also here day beds cost an extra fee. tip: take 2 daybeds at the beach, 4,50 Euro per bed and super nice view!

We stayed in "adults only" hotel and received a free pick up taxi from the airport. The staff were extremely professional and friendly. The hotel was spotless clean. The breakfast was good with a variety of options. The room was cleaned everyday, sometime twice. The hotel was located right on the beach across the road. There are a lot of nice restaurants on the beach. We did not hear much noise or disturbance in the night. The hotel has a decent sized pool 1.5 m deep and a Skybar on the eight floor with a sea facing infinity pool. We definitely visit again and recommend it to our family and friends. Bus 104 goes quite frequently to Palma and there is a separate bus that goes to the airport directly every hour or so from a nearby bus stand.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. I would say just keep up the good work.

I spent one week holiday with my 20 year old daughter. It was one of the best hotels we have ever been. Both of us had our birthday during our stay at this hotel. We received on the house a small cake and a bottle of Prosecco. This surprise was the highlight of our holiday. The hotel is perfectly located across the road of a nice sandy beach with crystal clear and shallow seawater. There are plenty of restaurants, terraces and supermarkets nearby. The room is very well equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine and kettle. The glass walls of the shower and toilet rooms have been protected with an opaque foil for privacy. This is an improvement versus the pictures I’ve seen when I booked the hotel. The breakfast is amazing, all fresh products and huge diversity. The stuff is very polite, smiling and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

Perfect location, staff and hotel, nothing to complain about! Hotel with views of the entire area, including beach and sea views from the the apartments at the top of the hotel, with their own private sun terrace and jacuzzi Many supermarkets and resturants only a few steps away. There is also an ATM directly across the street from the hotel. Top notch breakfast with lots of choice; ham, cheese, jam, honey, chocolate, baked goods, fruit, vegetables, cakes, yogurt and drinks of all types Would highly recommend to stay here!!! The best hotel I've stayed at out of over 50 different ones in my life! We will come back in near future!

Nothing, everything was perfect!

The roof top bar was fab.. location was perfect..room was small but very clean and comfortable.. we were presented with a lovely bottle of champagne and fresh fruit on arrival for our anniversary which was lovely.. breakfast was lovely.. also had dinner 1 night and the variety was amazing..

The girl at the pool was very unwelcoming.. the pool was shaded for most part of the day.. I asked a staff memeber at breakfast where gluten free section was and she answer "I don't know you may ask someone else:
