I’ve been there before and I really like it

The only thing about this property is that the doors on the balcony do not lock ! And we had been burgled on our last night and stuff had been taken and there were also a couple off other peoples rooms had been burgled. I spoke to the management about this problem and it seems that it has been happening for a long time with out the balcony doors to be fixed

It was clean and suite was good . If you are playing golf it is a good location . The seimming pool was good and the sunbeds too.

The minibars in many rooms were broken, and then no cold drinks . It took me 4 days to get að new one and my frends did not get one for their stay for 10 days . The refrigerator / minibar should be bigger

It was nice , spacious , games room, beaut of a lobby, unreal coffee , good facilities , pool was beaut, ample sun beds Awesome views and tis quiet

Not sure if it was us but the one or two staff people sempt blunt , maybe it’s culture , it’s kind of out the way , Siam mall is a 3 min taxi for about 4 euro, do not walk it ! Super dangerous ,

The location was very central which was great. Very clean and not too busy

I would of liked a double bed instead two single beds put together

Breakfast is very dull same selection every morning, if you are with kids and want to get cereal for breakfast is impossible because there is no bowl or spoon, dinner is okay, the bar is cashless so card payments only,no coffee station in the room,not even a kettle but you can get for deposit, size of the fridge is a bit ridiculous.

The hotel was very quiet and not overbooked. Our room was directly above where the entertainment is at night but we could barely hear it. Our apartment was absolutely stunning. We had two floors, two toilets and 3 different balconies. The room was spotless and cleaners were available on hand if we did happen to need our room cleaned. We went half board and there was lots of food options available. Every night dinner had a different theme and our favourites were American BBQ and Mexican. Snacks and lunch options are available at the poolside bar and aren’t overly expensive like other resorts. There is also an Indian/Chinese restaurant on sight which isn’t included in the price but definitely work a trip. They serve amazing cocktails and the food is absolutely divine and comes in large portions. Everything is easily accessible from the hotel and we used Uber to travel most places. Our most expensive trip was to TFS to fly home which cost about 50euro. Staff at the resort are so friendly and always willing to help. Reception was manned every time we had a question and everyone who served us was an absolute pleasure. We will definitely be back in the future with our two kids.

we had great stay in the hotel, (just back) first I was worry reading all this negative reviews about hotel but we were nicely surprise :) from the check in to check out everything was perfect! quick check in or out, very nice staff at the pool bar and restaurant, food was amazing- everybody could pick something for yourself, that for sure!! cleaning service every day :) apartment we got was very spacious and clean, distance from center about 20 min walk, but we didnt mind that,( there where always 2 taxis available if you wouldnt like to walk ;) lots of restaurants pubs beautiful beaches...just everything you need on your hols. From Los Cristianos you could book nice trip by boat to watch whales and dolphins, amazing experience. we both really enjoyed! we definitely would be back... :)

cashless in the bars(if you want pay by cash you should order at the bar go to reception and pay and then back to the bar with the receipt)not handy for someone who doesnt use cards :) we had half board -breakfast all drinks were included, but for dinner we had to pay for even water ;) ohh well it wasnt a fortune but still ;)

My husband, toddler and I stayed here for 5 days. We had an amazing experience. We stayed in a one bedroom suite with a living room. Suite was so spacious and the hotel also provided a cot. My toddler loved sleeping in the cot. The rooms were cleaned everyday. It was really nice to come back to fresh bedding and towels after having our breakfast. The breakfast and dinner were good. Variety of food available. We did not feel the need to eat out on any day. Breakfast kept us full till dinner time. Pool area is great for kids as well as adults. The hotel is located in a lovely area and only 15 mins walk from the centre/main strip. Taxi to the town centre is around £ 7 - £8 euros. The hotel also has a scooter station. You can rent a scooter and it will only take you about 5-10 mins to get to the town centre. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. There were some issues with payment cards on our arrival but the staff were so helpful and understanding. Excellent customer service. The hotels also has showers separate to the hotel rooms/pool areas for if you check out and you have a late night flight. On our last day we spend the day in town and then came back to to freshen up in those showers before heading to the aiport. There is also a luggage storage facility available so you dnt have to carry your things around on your last day. It was our first family holiday and this hotel and the staff made it an unforgettable experience. Thank you so much. If we were to come to Tenerife again in the future we would definitely stay at this same hotel again. The vibes during the day and at night are phenomenal. Absolute value for money.

1. Taxis from and to the airport to the hotel are quite expensive. Costs us 44 euros on arrival and 35 euros on the way back to the airport 2. 20 euros deposit for kettle or iron. This was not mentioned in the hotel advert. Needed kettle for baby’s formula In England most hotels provide kettle and irons in room without needing a deposit or extra charge

Lovely hotel, perfect location, outside of city noise and traffic, not too loud, heated pool was a treat! Nice views from the balcony. Perfect for families with kids! Plenty of sunbeds for everyone. Great place to stay!

Didn't like the fact that in a 4* hotel wasn't able to get tea or coffee early in the morning. Would be nice to have to tea/coffee facilities in the rooms. Not everyone sleeps till late and have breakfast in the hotel! Also, in the breakfast area if you're not having breakfast you can't just buy coffee/ tea there. You have to wait till 10:30 am for bar to open. Also, at dinner time in hotel restaurant I wasn't able to get coffee/tea with my dessert, so I ended up not having it, need to consider fact that not everyone drinks just alcohol or soft drinks. Some thought for improvement there.

Room was spacious and very clean, hotel was beautifully clean and very well run, staff helpful and friendly. 10 minute walk to first bar and supermarket and another 10 minutes until you are on the beach. Breakfast was amazing, fabulous choice of food and lovely quality. Heated pool was very nice in March, there is a shop on site and taxi's are always there waiting if you wanted one.

It's probably an English thing, but a kettle and some cups in the room would be nice, so you can have a brew in the morning or naughty coffee last thing at night! It's not a dislike, just a recommendation.
