The hotel is good - clean, comfortable. Las Vistas beach is 750 m away (7 mins walk), bus 40 stop to the airport right next to it, staff are very helpful - the fixed the safe box quickly and also gave me an extra towel. WiFi is actually good on 1st floor.

I had a room facing the road and there was traffic noise, this was a bit bothersome at night, I used ear plugs.

The hotel is right in the middle of Playa de las Americas and Los Christanos and within walking distance to both areas. This is an ideal location for bars/pubs and restaurants, beaches, and shops. On arrival, the staff were friendly and helpful, and nothing was an issue. On the first night there was an issue with our bed but after speaking with reception in the morning, by the time we got back in the evening the bed had been sorted. The pool area had plenty of sunbeds and space, with a shaded terraced area, too. While the rooms are a little dated, it gives what you need if you are out most of the day or night. You have a fridge and plenty of space in the room. I would return to this hotel within a second thought. Even though it was an adults only hotel, there was no noise from other guests and everyone had a great time.

Nice pool area, very friendly staff and a perfect location for the "nicer" part of Las Americas. We also walked to Siam Park which took about 25 minutes.

Jacuzzi pool was a bit temperamental at turning on - the water was also very cold! The dressing table in the room was a bit dark, not much lighting around this area.

Nice and central location, with easy access to all parts of the area i.e shopping and bar streets, all the beaches (the long promenade). I preferred the Playa Vista and surrounding area, also towards Los Christianos. Supermarket / grocery store nearby also. Very friendly and service minded staff :) I was even gifted a nice ice bucket with "champagne" along with glasses and a nice card for my 40th birthday! Very sweet and surprising :D Again; thank you so much for this! The room in itself was very nice. Enough space, good furnitire with storage, bed tables, good bathroom.

Bit noisy at times from other guests outside the room. Bed matress was a bit hard for my liking, and it was a bit wiggly and noisy even when slightly moving or changing sleeping position (the stands under the bed squeeks and wiggles and 'slides' on the tiles). Should be tightened/changed out for wood/metal with padding under. I wish the room had a balcony. It had however a "french balcony" ...double glass doors with with fence on the outside.

Good location with not too long walks to shops, beaches, bars and restaurants. Friendly staff who helped with problems (unrelated to the hotel) that happened during my trip. Nice, small, rooftop pool away from the streets and noise.

The blackout blinds are great for keeping out the sun, but the opening mechanism is so noisy. As a light sleeper I was woken as soon as any of my neighbours opened their blinds, then general hotel noises meant I couldn't get back to sleep. First morning I had to check to see if it was my blinds making all the noise and it didn't seem to be.

Adults only. Staff friendly and helpful. Perfect location

TV useless. Only one English channel available which is BBC news. Really needs addressing. Seems most rooms we've stayed in need new shower heads. Supply mugs instead of cups,only fruit tea offered and coffee. No milk or sugar. Just small things that could be rectified easily

The staff at all levels is the best I have seen in a while and the Manager is a very attentive and nice person.

You definitely need to enhance the dinner buffet. Even if you don't have full occupation it cannot look like the food is from a high school cantine!!! Breakfast is well presented and offers a lot of options, but dinner urgently needs rethinking and better selection.

Location was fantastic. I went to meet up with my daughter and grandson who were staying nearby, but I didn't fancy staying in a hotel full of children. My room was super comfy. I don't think I would have woken up the next morning had I not forgot to switch off my alarm. I didn't even realise until the next morning that I had no balcony!! I don't like feeling shut in so I went to reception and luckily they had a room with a balcony available, so I was able to pay a little extra to change.

Breakfast till 10.30, even if only at weekends would be nice. A welcome pack in the room or maybe a scannable QRcode for a welcome pack, to help familiarise with the facilities. I didn't know where to find the restaurant for breakfast, I had no idea the restaurant was available for dinner, until I heard someone mention it on the last day. Also the shower by the pool for later flights was awful. Its in the sauna area, the door does not lock and it's suffocatingly hot and airless. Unless I went to the wrong area..... again not great instructions.

The bedrooms were very spacious and beds were comfortable and in general very nice.

Breakfast was a bit disorganised.

Place is will located, as it is adult only hotel it is quiet with no kids running around. There is sauna, pool, jacuzzi and ping pong table on top of the roof, which I really did enjoy. Staff was friendly and I'd recommend to stay on top floor which might be a bit extra on arrival.

Wi-fi is not ideal. I was moved in into 1st floor apartment and could not get wi-fi connection. After complaining, I was relocated on top floor where wi-fi connection is really good. Apart from that I can not complain about anything.
