Everything. The bungalows and all the green space was priceless. Such a relaxed atmosphere. The staff were very professional and above all very friendly. Great for families with small kids. Buffet was good and plenty variety. Great holiday!

Italian restaurant was poor quality compared to buffet. Another restaurant or 2 would be great idea. Give more options to eat or more finer dining. Although buffet was great and fresh food was fab.

Bungalow was very spacious, massive bed. All conveniences thought of: multiple sockets, usb charging, great luggage space. Big bathroom with two showers, new fluffy towels. Fantastic breakfast with lots of choicea. Nice pool (not too deep). Lot of privacy still. Good parking, not too far from restaurants. Laundry facilities on site. Grocery shop on site expensive but good. Hot water all the time. Really nothing to fault.

Not a negative, but just a note for couples without kids it is very family oriented place. With two sinks not a lot of places to put toiletries. Could have a rack outside to hang beach towels and bathing suits.

Wonderful place for a family holiday (kids are 4 and 1). We loved the bungalow - comfy beds, spacious kitchen/living room, access onto grounds which are spacious and green. The facilities for small kids are amazing - kids clubs, perfectly pitched activities, friendly coordinators, playgrounds, kid friendly swimming pools. Massage, spa and gym for the grown ups. Very well stocked breakfast. Free parking right by the hotel. Brilliant!

The staff, food and facilities is remarcably good

It’s very nice environment.. like a big garden , green calm and clean.. everything is close by, supermarket is just outside of hotel area as well as many restaurants. They clean 6 days a week, there are different activities for grown ups and kids 6 days a week, staff is kind and helpful. Breakfast buffet is enormous with so much to chose from. Dinners are thematic so I would recommend half board. Bed was big and comfy

I wish it was more clear what activities are available every day, I wish it was easier to see the food menu for the day. And I wish the room was a bit cozier , maybe better lighting or wine glasses in the room. I missed information that not all rooms have kitchen.

The apartments were really spacious and great walking around the hotel area, I had my family stay in other bungalows and it was very nice walking over to them. The breakfast buffet was nice and we always found something to enjoy there

A little more variety in the breakfast buffet. The apartments/bungalows may need sone maintenance as one tile in our bedroom was loose and cracking sound always when walked over.

- Bungalows are nice, cleaned 6 times per week, good shower and beds - Stuffed animal present for our 6 years old daughter, she loved (loves) it! - Park is kid friendly - Personnel is friendly and helpful - Park is cleaned and maintained pretty well - Food & Drinks are good and diverse enough for the stay up until 2 weeks - The Italian restaurant ‘La Trattoria’ offers good quality Italian food - Variety of pools and entertainment is good - Big compliments for specific personnel: Giovanni (Animation team), Alejandro (Restaurant) and Antonio (Bar)!

- Cleaning upon arrival could have been better, especially the floor and tables - The temperature of some of the ‘warm’ food could be better - Gym opening at 09:00 AM, recommended earlier in the morning (07:00/08:00 AM) - Italian restaurant ‘La Trattoria’ closed for the larger part of our stay at the hotel - More non-alcoholic beers and cocktails would be nice - Coffee machines in de restaurant only functioning during breakfast? If you want coffee during lunch or after dinner you have to get it outside - Coffee machines outside not always functioning at 07:00 AM in the morning for people that want to get an early coffee - Doves (birds) in the outside part of the restaurant are very annoying..

Incredible! We swapped hotels to here 4 days into our 10 day holiday and prayed it was as good as it looked and it truly was! Welcoming reception, spacious clean rooms with brilliant air con, amazing swimming pools for the kids - and a beautiful touch that they gave us a teddy bear in our babies cot on arrival with a note to say it was for him to keep. The food was incredible. We did B&B as were non drinkers and like to explore restaurants so didn’t think we’d make use of the ALL-IN but the breakfast was amazing and we ate in the Restuarant on one night at our expense and had a lovely Mexican themed night. For those who like to eat out I can highly recommend El Rodeo and The Greek Village which are a short walk from the hotel. The Greek as the best Greek I’ve ever eaten. I hightly recommend also getting the free bus down to the beach it’s a lovely day out. You can rent chairs with umbrellas and there’s lovely places to go for a drink to get out of the sun. You can’t go wrong with a Cafe De Paris in Gran Canaria they have one down the beach and at the Yumbo. Also very handy you have a supermarket on door step and can use your room key to go out back gate directly into it for any late night drinks/snacks! Thankyou for an amazing stay, we will be staying with HD again!

Not a single thing and I promise I have high standards!

Spaced out bungalows in lovely grounds. Food and drinks good. Great for families with young children. We did have a bit of an issue with ants so I'm glad we were all inclusive and not cooking or eating in the room so could largely keep them at bay with spray. No problem getting sun beds during our February trip.

Lovely room. Food options were good and varied. All staff were lovely and the entertainment was good.
