Food was fantastic all fresh and cooked well. Junior suite was a great room for 2 ad & 2 ch, sea view from our balcony was beautiful. Animation team were very friendly and really took their time to interact with the children.

Getting up every day at 6.16-6.30 to reserve your pool beds, I really think the management team need to have a better and consistent plan, we went the end of July and as the days went on the pool area seemed far to small for the amount of people the pools were very busy. It’s very slippery round the pool would recommend beach shoes to stop slipping. Reception staff could be rude and unhelpful I went up a few times asking questions and no one seems to know the answer or wanted to help when we checked in I would expect a quick overall of breakfast times as we arrived late, we were given our keys with a map about the 3rd day in we notice if we scan our key or the map with our phones all hotel info came up on a app which was great but would have expected reception to explain this.

We loved this hotel. It was so beautiful in every way. The facilities were excellent and our duplex suite had a fantastic private pool. We will definitely be back!

Only problem was that people were putting towels down on sunbeds at the pool very early in the morning which meant there were none left after breakfast time which was a real shame. I noticed that many who did this never came back to actually use the sun loungers for many hours afterwards which isn't fair.

Very child-friendly hotel with many activities for young children: splash pool, playground, arts & crafts area, children's live music concerts, and mascots in big plush suits. Delicious breakfast. Great pools. Stylish interior.

For a hotel that seemingly caters primarily to Scandinavians, it's strange that they don't offer filter coffee! (The automatic espresso drink machines didn't make the best coffee and had long lines during peak dining times). This is a big thing for the Swedes, Norwegians, Finns (and also the Dutch) patrons and wouldn't cost much or require much extra staff effort.

Dinner times were so loud with so many children. Plus music and activities around main pools were very intrusive. The infinity pool filled with kids. They have plenty of pools, it should be adults only as we couldn’t get beds in the adult area. No adult only bar. You could easily put one in at reception level and make it adults only in evenings. There was nowhere, as a couple, to go for a quiet drink.

We had a junior suite which was large and comfortable. The staff were always very pleasant and helpful.

This is a hotel is wonderful for families with children but not so suitable for guests without little ones! The self service buffet is very noisy and busy as you would expect and the food is OK but not really a pleasant dining experience! The hotel is up a hill so a trek to the beach unless you take a taxi which are very reasonably priced.

The room was fabulous with our own bar and soft drinks in the fridge. It also has its own plunge pool.

The sun does not get around to the apartment until about 15.30 in November so we went around the pool area. Unfortunately for us there were a lot a children and the hotel seems to cater more for children than adults. Also the dining hall was full of children, there was where to have a quiet meal or drink.

There are nice swimming pools and the area around them is quite big. The food is always great, plenty of dishes to choose from.

There are quite many selfish british people who smoke literally everywhere. I saw a grown man exhaling a cloud of stinky smoke inside the hotel next to the dining area. Completely unacceptable. Almost every british person does it and it makes it very difficult to find a spot free of smoke especially in the evening. For the notice, there is a smoking area, but every visitor, especially from the UK must be lectured prior to checking in.

Entertainment was peculiar. Very different from what we have seen in other resorts. It was not bad — but also, not anything remarkable. The team were all friendly; however, they lacked the ability to engage the audience and captivate the attention. They did not involve the audience in activities. Also, property was advertised as beachfront. And, it is close to the beach; however, to get there, you have to go hiking down a huge cliff or call a taxi. While a path has been developed, it’s not an easy hike. The hotel sits on the side of a hill with beautiful sea views.

Absolutely Great food options, breakfast and dinner and drinks, Big rooms, good wifi and TV, great shower, great views. Just an awesome all-inclusive. The balcony was nice. Aircon had no issues, A very nice stay, especially for a family with kids. Pools and entertainment. My parents came here 5 times and now I and my wife came while she was pregnant, for a relaxing time off. Shops are relatively close as well, mini golf and golf course.

A bit of a walk down the stairs to the beach, but taxis are very cheap, so you can walk down and get back up on a taxi for 5Euros, so its not to bad.
