We had booked the Jr. Suite for 5 nights which was perfect and gave us enough space to spread out and rest up after days for sightseeing and lots of walking around. Located along the river and offering a nice walk to the various sightseeing in pedestrian friendly zone Generous breakfast buffet with many gluten-free options (croissants, baguettes, and sweets - what a treat!!!) Super friendly lady in charge of the breakfast buffet and helping me get my GF bread! Hotel rents out bicycles to explore the town which was super fun after days of walking around! We were lucky and arrived the night before a National Holiday and got spoiled in enjoying nightly fireworks from our window! Hotel offers restaurant for dinner, bar area for drinks and snacks which was convenient after a long day out and about!

Unfortunately, our room was right next to the elevator shaft and we could hear the noise very well. The hotel is fairly new and it was surprising that there was so much noise; also, the layout of our Jr. Suite could have had the living room by the elevator and our bedroom further away.... The hotel is a bit further away from the Old Town and La Concha which makes it more peaceful but of course you are walking quite a bit all day when walking along La Concha, hiking up Mount Urgull or exploring other neighborhoods! As other visitors had already mentioned, the bathroom is a bit dated and could use a remodel at some point....

Short walk from station, clean room, great shower, comfy beds and upgraded to room up high with terrace, thanks! When we found the breakfast room on the second day it was great (first day we only found cafeteria). Even had fibre!

Tea drinkers - would have loved a few more teabags, (and maybe fresh milk in the fridge). Asian themed poke bowl in cafeteria was copious but missed on flavour (invest in soy sauce and sesame oil!) and the better menu was at lunch only, when we came for dinner. Our bad luck.

Appreciated the usual standard quality of Silken hotels. The size of the room was ok, with a long desk for working and good beds. The bathroom was not big, but ok, including a bidet. There were big closets to store the clothes and a suitcase. Appreciated the second door, isolating the noise from outside (and also the bathroom if there was a second person). And the long curtains so that light does not get in. The room had nice view (a bit of the river and the city). The price was ok.

Nothing major. The location was a bit outside of the main attractions and old city, but not far away. And in a good spot for going to work. Parking is very expensive 20 Euros per night, (in the parking across the hotel), but managed to find parking in the streets close by every night and paid only (a couple of euros per night) for an hour or so. If I remember right, parking is free from 9pm until 9am and you can prepay from the previous night. In fact, you don't need to leave the paid ticket in the car, as you register the plate number and the control is done by scanning the plate number with special glasses.

Staff were pleasant and helpful, although our restaurant bill one evening included more drinks than we had. Near the river and a few restaurants near by (although we didn't see much of either as it poured with rain the full day we were staying there. Even though parking was in a public car park there were specific levels (-2 & -3) for the hotel, with plenty of spaces and a lift direct to the hotel lobby, or your room floor. Breakfast was available on a separate floor of the hotel.

Bar area was relatively small with too many seats at stool height. If you take your car out of the garage during your stay you have to get your parking ticket validated at reception, preventing you going directly down from your room to the garage. Restaurant has a limited menu and expect some delays with your food if a coach tour is being fed at the same time.

Very good breakfast and friendly staff. The hotel its not really in the city center but with an easy 10 minutes walk you reach it. If you need car parking, this is your hotel. It has hundreds of spots thanks to a partnership with a public car parking that has elevators directly to the hotel.

Bathrooms need a refurbish. They look like refurbished recently but with a low cost reburbish that makes them look cheap and used.

The location is 20 minutes from the city centre. If somebody wants to avoid walking, the bus stop is very close to the hotel. Staff is very professional; all requests were fulfilled. We were checked in earlier than planned. This is a very big plus. There are restaurant and bar. Price for lunch is lower than in old town, food is excellent. Breakfast is excellent.

The staff were all really friendly and helpful. Although the location feels a little out of the main tourist areas, we enjoyed the moment of calm provided by the walk along the river after a busy day in the bustling old town. We ended our evenings in the bar which was cosy, reasonably priced and had a nice selection.

One of the reasons we decided to book here was to make sure that we would have aircon as we knew it would be hot. Although the aircon did work, we couldn’t get the room as cool as we would have liked.

The hotel is in a convenient location, a bit away from the hussle and bustle but we had a car and needed to have parking. Parking was great, very convenient and for €20 per night. The cafeteria attached to the hotel is excellent and serves food all day long, great coffee and very nice staff.

No clear instructions about car parking, but this is a minor detail. Lighting is very dim in the room.

Location is nice walking distance to the center (a bit of a walk though), parking downstairs (additional fee), fast checkin, polite efficient staff, larger corner room overlooking the river, good bed, hot shower, fairly quiet.

There was no complimentary water in the room (cheap but great welcoming move)), the corner window was occasionally making an odd banging sound, though all frames were closed and locked. Ok value for money in Spain (though San Sebastián is obviously a bit more on the pricey side).

Our room was small, but clean and had all the amenities. WiFi was very quick and included. People at the reception were kind, friendly and ready to help. It is well situated, just a 20 minutes walk to the main town area or the beach. Do not forget to try some snacks (pintxos) they are serving at the caffe/bar near the reception, as they are fabulous.

The room was a little bit too small for 2 adults and 1 child.
