Fantastic location Great view from our room Housekeeping staff very pleasant and although we only got 1 day clean for a weeks stay i have to say they were excellent in the clean up of our room And a big massive 👏👌 shout out to Dominque the lifeguard she was the most friendliest staff member very informative and very attentive to my grandson Hunter he's gonna miss there wee chats they both had on his last day will be back again to stay 😀 💛🧡

Access to the Internet was mad it didn't work outside on the balcony nor by the pool 😒 not enough sun loungers I counted 26 and there was over 100 people staying there most days we had to sit on pool chairs and no bar facilities on site.

Great location. 24hr check in. Clean and was also cleaned during stay which we didn't expect for an apartment

The lifeguard was a bit intense. We were giving our boys the opportunity to practice their swimming without floats and she kept suggesting they needed them. We were right next to them and they had their floats for general play which they used but we gave them a short go without so they could learn and they could practice swimming to the side if they were to fall in. Appreciated the safety but it was a little over the top and impacted my enjoyment as felt like she was watching us like a hawk and commenting. (We were never not right next to them in the water). Obviously not a reason to not go and I guess she didn't know our capabilities as parents.

The location of the apartments is ideal, situated on the edge of the left hand side of the bay, the beach only a few minutes walk from the beach, bars restaurants buses taxis. Also on the other side from the main night life so quieter at night. The apartments were cheap & cheerful and served a purpose for a 4 night stay as weren't in them much.

Out dated and a bit shabby, compared to the apartments & hotels situated around them. For a prime position, they could do with a spruce up. For £20 per night more, you could get breakfast included in a nicer hotel nearby..

Nice apartment on the ground floor with pool view. Renovated bathroom and easy check in. The reception staff was very polite, professional and helpful! We spent 9 days here and travelled around the island daily. We would surely recommend this apartment for both short and longer stay!

Very small kitchen and old wardrobe in the bedroom with some minor unpleasant smell. Apart from that all fine!

Great shower, secluded terrace, air conditioning, location near beach and restaurants, well maintained and friendly pool area. Very helpful life guard.

Little local information/ recommendations. Could be noisy when guests retuned late at night and children running around in apartments above early in morning.

We did not miss anything. We stayed in the apartment for a week. It is the 2nd time we come to Santa Ponsa. We will come back again. The apartment was cleaned and we got clean towels en bed sheets mid week again. Thank you for the good conditions, Casa Vida!

You are in building away from the hotel. you go into a reception area and just wait as no one arrives. Eventually met another guest who had the same problem. Get to front desk 100 metres away asked where the sign was that said not manned they assured me it was in reception. It was not it reception but was on the door in A4 size.

Close to beach, restaurants and shops, yet in a quiet back street. Check in without issues at the reception located at hotel a few metres southwards on the other side of the street. We arrived early but nevertheless got our apartment well ahead of official check in time. The 2 bedroom apartment was nice and clean with enough space for a family of five. Kitchen in apartment had most things necessary to make your own meals when not dining out. Air conditioning worked very well inside. Nice pool area. Friendly people in the reception.

Mostly quiet, but a young company in a neighbouring flat broke the rules and partied in the night + more. Fortunately it stopped when we complained to the reception the second noisy night. WiFi connection unreliable at times. Otherwise minor things: Reception forgot promise to give us extra chair for the balcony, 2 were too few for the five of us. Window in shower ought to have been waterproofed + ought to turn outwards instead of inwards, which made the window frame mouldy. Outside part of air condition ought to have been placed high up, low position made a warm wind on too great part of the balcony.

The apartment has a very good location, 2 minutes walk from the beach. Neighborhood is silent, no partying in the nights. All pictures on booking.com represent the reality. For 2 adult and 2 children set up it is fine, for 4 adults it would be quite 'cosy'. Kitchen equipment is very basic, for warming up and cooking/frying something simple is OK, but cooking a 'normal' dinner for 4 people would be a challenge. Air-condition has a sensor, it stops when balcony door is opened. It was not always straight forward to understand how it is operating, but we managed it. In case of staying there more than a week (we were there for 2 weeks), cleaning and towel change is offered after a week, that was very good! The reception staff is very helpful, always helped with all questions/requests. Despite the close sea-beach, the pool is very much appreciated, especially because it is allowed to jump to the water from outside. Kids loved that! Lot of shops, supermarkets are around so shopping daily things are easy. Mamma Mia pizzeria at the corner (cca. 100 m from Casa Vida) is very good, and I would highly recommend Las Olas restaurant on the opposite side of the sea-beach, great paella and excellent sea food!

The apartment does not have its own reception, the neighboring hotel's reception is taking care of Casa Vida. It was mentioned with small letters on an A4 sheet on the entrance door, which we did not recognize, so it took a while to get the door cards. I would recommend to put an unmissable sign about the reception location. Somehow we could not connect to wifi, however we did not force this too much, data roaming was enough for our purposes. I was very much missing at least one sharp key in the kitchen.

Good price, at least off-season. It was very clean, the kitchen utensil looked like they were never even used. Everything in the room was very clean and well-maintained. The building itself is a bit old and needs renovation but the room was good.
