My wife and I stayed at the hotel in late May 2024. It is situated 1.5km from the Cathedral on the Camino up from Portugal so pleasant walk in the evening into the old town for the Cathedral, museums, restaurants and bars. Great to see the pilgrims arriving and celebrating completing the walk in the Cathedral square.The hotel pool is fine and there are lots of loungers on an adjacent grass area. Staff are very helpful. Breakfast is very good, with choice of hot foods. We had a room overlooking the pool with a small terrace although not all have this. Beds were very good and changed daily.

Room was pleasant although quite small . We had one meal in the bar area, well served with helpful staff but basic and overcooked and could be better . There are very good restaurants and tapas bars in the Cathedral area, although as is the custom in Spain many don't open till 8 or 8-30 in the evening

Fantastic hotel. Modern. Spotlessly clean. Was a bit worried that the pool looked a bit soulless from the photos, but not at all. Gorgeous big pool with sun loungers alongside, and many more in an adjacent garden area. Spotless pool toilets/ changing area. Adjacent bar. Chilled quiet area.Really nice staff. Particular mention of the bar tender. I couldn’t understand why he had so many mentions before, but he is a really lovely man. Very professional. Very kind and funny with the children. A stand- out individual. Would highly recommend the hotel.

10-15 minutes walk from town centre, which we knew in advance, and worth the walk for the pool. Walk felt safe.

The welcoming staff, especially the bar man Luis who was super friendly and helpful. The location was good too. I thought it was nice to be out of the centre of the city but close enough to easily walk in (20 mins). The pool and gardens were also fab. Very relaxing after a week on the Camimo.

While the pool was fab it only opens from 4pm every day so I did find I needed to plan my day around that. After breakfast finishes, you also can't get a coffee, a drink or any food in the hotel until 4pm either.

Lovely hotel. Good bar staff . Lovely room. Breakfast ok. Nice breads . Great to get a bath as requested. Great view from road side of hotel balcony. Beautiful pool. Hotel got us a taxi no problem to airport.

Checkin was a little slow. Even though 3 staff on. Bathroom door a bit too see through. The hot breakfast items were cold but there was a big range of other food.

Nice central with central location. Very nice staff at the reception, bar and at the breakfast. The young girl at the bar was very nice. We also liked guy at the breakfast who recognized us and greeted us in our language. Breakfast - very good local selection Pool - massive pool, not crowded set in beatiful garden. Very enjoyable ! Excellent value for the money. I ve stayed in this hotel 2y ago and I came back. Its really good !

The pool is fabulous as are the surrounding gardens which is great for sunbathing and relaxing. We didn't have breakfast but there is a great coffee place 3 minutes walk away - Panaderia Garcos - serves great coffee and tostados. It's a shame the hotel doesn't offer a cafe service for breakfast - coffee and croissant. The balcony is so lovely as well.

Sadly it took 3 goes to book us into the correct room. First room - someone was in there - a shock for both of us! Second room - no balcony as booked. Third room - the correct one :) Air con wasn't the best - even on the lowest setting, it was rather warm during the night. Wi-fi wasn't the most reliable either. This has all the potential of being a great hotel; just a few niggles for us. We would return though.

Our room was lovely, comfortable bed, spotlessly clean. We had a balcony with a view of the pool. The staff were friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast with lots of choices. Walking distance into the old city so the location was great! This hotel was a lovely treat at the end of our camino. I will stay again :)

Great location with it's own car park, just 15 minutes walk from the historic centre. Lovely staff. The two guys in the restaurant/bar were truly exceptional - helpful, cheerful, friendly and fabulous service. Good and varied breakfast selection.

The hotel met our expectations. Although our stay was brief, it seemed to be in a great location, close to the city center and surrounded by many services. The staff were kind, empathetic, and supportive. We arrived very late at night, and the staff at reception were kind and extremely helpful.

Fresh, modern Hotel, spotlessly clean and of good design. Staff are super friendly and allowed us to check in early and gave us a packed breakfast as we had a early flight. Easy 10 minutes walk to all the main attractions, with plenty of bars and cafes on the way. Exceptional pool area with large pool, large gardens and more sun loungers than needed. A fantastic hotel, deserving it's 4 stars.
