I am happy to make the time, to provide feedback. This establishment is central and close to transport, restaurants etc. The service given by David Volpato was truly outstanding, happy to assist us after his shift. The cost was amazingly reasonable and I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Appreciated the general service, which is hard to find these days. Jeannett De Nobrega

Beautiful tasteful boutique hotel. Really close to centre. Breakfast extremely tasty, locally sourced and plenty of choice.

Really great plunge pool but too many tables and chairs for the bar area which was never busy but no sunbeds for guests. Also upstairs bar area which never seemed to have anyone there. A sunbathing area would be easy to arrange then more people would buy drinks.

Fantastic room and excellent shower. Bit noisy on the first night, which was a Saturday. Our room overlooked a main street. Other nights all fine though. The whole building was fabulous - gorgeous tile work everywhere. Lots of interesting artefacts to look at. Staff were great - welcome drink on arrival - very needed and much appreciated. Pool upstairs was more of a hot tub (although not hot!). Felt the rooftop bar could do with some renovation, but overall good. Fantastic cocktails!! Breakfast room was a bit small and got very hot, but food was good, Coffee machine was fantastic.

Roof top bar area and breakfast room.

The attention to detail is incredible: from the moment you step in to when you leave everything is done to make sure you are happy. We did not say that it was my boyfriend birthday and they gifted us with a bottle in our room with a handwritten note. Also, I find really nice that they share names of the staff and really explain their history, a connection is built. The staff is incredibile nice and polite. Everything is like in the photo.

If a really have to find something to complain about I think it would be that the bathroom did not have any natural light, same for the breakfast room.

Casa Romana is in an excellent location and is a beautifully designed hotel with warm, welcoming staff who go above and beyond to help, offering fantastic recommendations for tours and restaurants. We were greeted with a glass of cava, which made us feel instantly relaxed and at home. Our room was spacious with a large, well-appointed bathroom, and we appreciated having coffee and tea facilities available. Housekeeping kept everything spotless throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning.

Loved the decorations. Also loved that we were within walking distance of the public parking. Also close to the Alcazar and Cathedral. There lots of restaurants within 4 or 5 blocks as well as a huge department store, El Cortes Inglés. At the hotel, there were a lot of details like fruits available in the lobby as well as small pastries and chocolates. One of the staff members who was at the front desk by the name of Pepe was one of the best front desk staff members I have ever encountered. He was always looking for ways to be helpful and very quickly researched whatever we wanted to know such as antique stores or Flamenco shows. He has excellent recommendations and just a truly friendly attitude. Made us feel like royalty.

We would have liked a room with a full bed. Instead we got two twin beds which were uncomfortable for a couple. Each bed was comfortable but we could not sleep next to each other without falling through the crack between the beds. Another aspect I did not like was the other staff member when Pepe was not there. She was slow and would not answer even a simple question like where do I check a lottery ticket while she very slowly and for a very long time checked in another couple. Kept saying "wait a second" while minutes went on and on. There was another young lady "in training" with her that could not answer ANY question we asked like where to check the lottery tickets. She had either been told not to interact with customers or was not willing to do so. Very disappointing.

It beautiful stylish and well kept and doesn’t get too warm . The rooftop bar and tiny pool are fantastic ! Lovely decor, stylish, beautiful, calming . The staff are lovely

I have been here 3 times and love it. Just watch out: Some rooms in the main building lack some of the facilities of the rooms in the Villa area : no hair conditioner in my room, took me ages to find how to turn off the air conditioning and the TV was old and didn’t have streaming . The rooms in the Villa have all those sorted That said these are extras. The place is exquisite

We were met in reception and offered a drink and cool hand towels, which after a long drive was very welcome. The hotel is in two part set directly opposite each other in the road, we stayed in the part across from the main reception in a Superior double. The room was big as was the shower room, the hotel has been refurbished to a very high standard. There is a roof terrace on both parts of the hotel which is ideal to use if staying a bit longer than we did. We paid an extra 15euro each for the breakfast, which was well worth it, plenty of choice both hot and cold food. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at Casa Romana Hotel Boutique for 5 nights during our Honeymoon to Andalusia. What a fantastic time we had in Seville and it was made all the better for choosing to stay at this wonderful hotel. Firstly we were very kindly upgraded upon arrival, the hotel room was super clean, had an enormous and comfortable bed and looked brand new. After dropping our bags and heading out for a wander, we retuned to find a bottle of cava on ice with two glasses and a note from the hotel to celebrate our new marriage! How thoughtful! Each day was amazing at this hotel. It had a calm and relaxed atmosphere and a great location. We fell in love with Seville and the hotel and wish to come back and stay again as soon as possible.

The location is very good, 30 min walk or 15 min by taxi from/to the train station, 7 min walk to the Cathedral and easy to get to the city center. the hotel looks very good, the staff is amazing doing their best to cope with the challenge and how to solve it. They are really professional and customer oriented. A very welcoming approach. The rooms are nice, quite big and with good amenities, similar for the bathroom. The breakfast is top quality, many choices but mainly the quality of the food - one of the best breakfasts in South of Spain.

Most of the rooms have windows opening towards the interior of the hotel, no fresh air and everyone walking at the floor could see in the room. I think it's important to specify this in the description of the room.
