The location, close to virtually everything that you would want to see in Seville. The Dona Maria probably has the best location in all of old town, Seville right next to the Cathedral. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. With a special mention for the lady serving breakfasts (Roxa or Roga?..sorry, can't remember the correct spelling of her name) but she was exceptional. The roof top bar was probably the icing on the cake, a warm sun trap during the day and warming heaters while you sip your cocktails (or beer) on a cool February evening.

No place to get a coffee. A bar on the ground floor. The 3rd floor bedrooms suffered from constant, late music on the roof with bumps and bangs till 12.00 midnight.

A very traditional hotel with wonderful old fashion decor right in front of the cathedral. Beautiful l9cation with views to La Giralda. We were woken up by the clipy - teee - clops of the horse carriages in the morning. Room was u er clean. The decor is old fashion which is refreshing as all modern hotels look the same so it was fun to experience a look from the past. Staff allowed us late check in for a reasonable amount which was great. The hotel has a great roof terrace with pretty views to the cathedral and roof tops. Perfect stay.

Lovely hotel in a great location, right by the cathedral. Room very comfortable, breakfast was fine, staff very helpful. The rooftop bar is lovely (mean G&T) and overall the staff were great. Would stay here again.

I would have preferred an oblong pillow instead of a long bolster and a square pillow. Lovely to have a coffee machine but only small cups - being English it would be nice to have the option of a larger cup/tea bags. Would have also liked a make up mirror (the bathroom mirror was about 3 ft away over the sink), but a small table mirror was provided on request.

Everything! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. Every single team member was remarkable: kind, attentive, and genuinely invested in making our stay special. The location couldn’t be better: right in the heart of Sevilla, yet wonderfully peaceful. Our room was gorgeous, exceptionally clean, and so comfortable. The rooftop bar was a highlight, with delicious drinks, excellent service, and breathtaking views over the city. We also loved the rooftop pool; it was the perfect spot to relax with the best views in Sevilla.

There was absolutely nothing we didn’t like. Our experience was flawless from start to finish.

The location is the best feature of this property. The terrace has gorgeous views. The property and rooms are well appointed and immaculately clean. I like the nespresso in-room, which, judging by past reviews, indicates a recent improvement.

The breakfast was good but a little pricey. Other hotels in the area charge 12-14€. Staff were courteous and efficient but some were aloof.

Superior room had excellent views of the square and Giralda Tower in the heart of the historic centre and we enjoyed hearing the bells being rung. Location was fantastic. Wonderful views from the rooftop bar. The hotel is full of antiquities with some nice artwork and period furniture. It’s one of the few hotels with an outside rooftop pool, unfortunately we were out of season so it was closed but it looked lovely.

The room only had one chair, a second would have been a useful addition to sit and read. Unfortunately there were building works being carried out on the second floor so the stairs were cordoned off and the small lift (3 or 4 persons depending on weight) had to be used by all guests, it did get busy at times. Nice seating area in the reception which was under utilised.

the room and bed were lovely and comfortable. The staff were very helpful. Easy location to walk around. the staff were kind and helpful, especially kitchen staff, after I was sick. They let me have breakfast a bit late. Breakfast was excellent. I enjoyed the upper level patio in the evening, and the music was excellent.

I don't speak Spanish well. There was a misunderstanding about a bottle of Cava that they gave me. I tried to ask them to cork bottle but just confused everyone. I am sorry that I may have hurt the feelings of young woman who brought it to my room later. Please apologize for me. I just wanted something to plug it so it wouldn't go flat! My fault..

We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel located right in the heart of Santa Cruz, Seville’s most historic and charming district. While many hotels in this area can be difficult for people with mobility issues, this one is a rare exception. The location is perfectly accessible — the ground is flat, and you can walk or roll directly from the front door through artisan-lined streets straight to major attractions. The rooftop terrace is a true gem. With a small pool and bar area, it offers an unbeatable view of both the Giralda Tower and the Cathedral of Seville, especially magical at night when the buildings are beautifully illuminated. The hotel itself is housed in a historic building, possibly from the 17th century, and has a beautiful central courtyard. The interior decor and rooms reflect its historical charm and elegance. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. What truly sets this hotel apart is its combination of historic beauty, top-notch location, and rare accessibility — cars can drive right up to the entrance, which made our arrival and departure extremely smooth. We would definitely recommend this hotel to friends visiting Seville and would gladly stay again ourselves in the future.

The location was wonderful, close to all the major sites and short walks to a wide range of bars, cafes and restaurants. The pool on the rooftop was very nice and had a great view of the cathedral tower. The beds were quite comfortable and the bathroom was large (we appreciated the double sinks). The lobby was also lovely - a good spot to sit down and relax with a drink or play a game with friends and family.

The drinks at the rooftop terrace and pool-bar were pretty pricey (you pay for the view). But on those hot afternoons in Seville, the pool was a welcome respite.
