This place was so great. From early check in to giving us an hour in a room to shower and refresh f before leaving for the airport - it was just a really hospitable friendly hotel. Location was great - the view over the pool is great. It’s been really hot and it’s a good 15 minute walk into the centre which was a struggle but would have been easy if it wasn’t so scorching and is amongst some of the lovely parks of Seville so can’t complain. Location is also close to the guided bus stops, trams and bus station. We had a room with a terrace which was great. The set up of the room was more like a small flat and came with a bath which is a bonus for us. Such a great hotel and good value for money.

The pool is great but the sun bed hoarders who lay their towels down and possibly go out for the day needs to be managed. It’s not really fair and it’s so hot this time of year that it feels unjust that this isn’t managed properly. Not sure what the resolution would be but I think it does need to be managed better.

If you want to wake up with a view over Plaza de España, then this is the hotel for you..! We had a Level Premium room, which was very spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed. The set up of wardrobe access from both the bathroom and hallway was pretty smart. The level lounge was quite good as well and offered us everything we needed as we were in town working, and valued a quiet space to do so. Special thanks to Borja and Estrella for making our stay extra special.

The only drawback we found was the spa. Though there is a spa facility in the same building, it’s an entirely separate entity and a pretty pricey one with no discount or recognition for being a guest at the hotel. Worse, the price didn’t even include any towels; you have to rent them from the spa or bring your own.

This hotel exceeded our expectations and the photos do not do it justice. We picked this hotel as we wanted a five night city break but with the option to chill out round the pool for some days. This was the most central hotel which looked like it had a decent sized pool. There were plenty of sunbeds and comfy places to chill out round the pool, staff are so helpful (special shoutout to the lady who works as the pool concierge) and we felt the pool food and drinks menus were surprisingly well priced for such a nice hotel. Terrace room was lovely and spacious and had everything you could need (loved the complimentary Rituals products!). Lobby area was beautiful and hotel is so clean throughout. Excellent location, right next to Plaza de Espana and 20 min walk to the cathedral area or 40 mins walk to bar/club area. Not sure about the public transport options as Uber was super cheap from hotel to the centre if you didn't want to walk in the heat. Our flight home wasn't until 8pm - they do offer late checkout but were fully booked for our room type so they gave us options of paying a fee and moving to another room or you can book a courtesy room with reception to go freshen up, take a shower etc. at the end of the day before you leave. This was at no extra cost and was a fantastic amenity that topped off a wonderful stay.

Really minor but terrace rooms on the non-pool side don't keep the sunlight for as long. Unfortunately, none were available on the pool side for our stay but definitely worth a request for anyone who wants to enjoy the sunshine from their terrace.

The rooms were lovely and spacious we had a terrace room which was perfect for us. However due to the step onto the terrace it would suite those with mobility issues. The reception area is nicely decorated and a lovely space to sit and chill for a drink. The location was good for us but again maybe not for everyone but there are taxis outside the hotel. It’s about a 20 minute walk into the city. At times this was hard as the temperature was so high. Staff all pleasant and helpful.

We chose this hotel because of the size of the pool area. However it was absolutely packed and hard to get a sun bed. This needs to be managed more by the hotel. We struggled to get a bed or a deck chair when returning from seeing the sights. People are putting towels down and reserving the beds for the day. This was our biggest frustration so if you’re booking this hotel for its pool maybe think again. The breakfast buffet is mainly geared up for the Europeans as the TV channels us Brits have just news channels.

What a wonderful hotel! We had upgraded to the "Level" floor and I highly recommend that! You have a completely separate area to check in as they serve you a glass of cava while taking care of the details. The room was quite large with a great bathroom and view of the Plaza de Espana! Breakfast was AMAZING! You could order whatever egg dish you wanted and it was cooked right then to order! Wonderful selection of fruits and pastries and fresh orange juice! The staff was so warm and accommodating in every way! And the hotel is just a short walk from the Plaza de Espana and easy access to the tram for rides to the rest of the city!

Nothing.

This hotel is very aesthetic, clean and a walkable distance from all main attraction, it’s really close to the Plaza de España which makes for a lovely view from the pool area. Pool area is gorgeous, has a really lovely vibe, food and drink available, and is the perfect spot after a long morning of exploring Seville

I would have liked to have had basic amenities in the room like a kettle or coffee machine to have access to hot water, the TV also didn’t have Netflix, which is quite common in most hotels these days, however, no major complaints. The view from the regular terraced rooms is a tower block, which I’m not sure I realised when booking, not sure this was worth the price of the room.

Lovely hotel with a great swimming pool, def needed in the 40degree heat. Easy 20 min walk to reach the centre of the old town and only 5 mins to Plaza D'Espagna. There was also a taxi rank opposite which was helpful when getting back to the airport or if too hot to walk. Good range of food available at breakfast, we also ate at the pool bar, lovely salads and sandwiches. Room was plenty big enough and amenities were great.

Would have been nice to have had a kettle in the room to have made a coffee first thing. The pool was lovely but impossible to get a sunbed in the afternoon as busy.

I didn’t like the shower every time you take a shower there is a swimming pool outside, the whole bathroom flooded with water leak from the shower, on the room. I was staying 401 I think he needs to be looked at I didn’t like that they charge me for one bottle of water. I used from the fridge. I’ve been to hundreds of hotels in my life that’s the first time I’ve been charged for water if I had an alcohol drink or any fizzy drink or soft drink understand but water this is the first time I’ve been charged for water. I found it a bit unreasonable when you spend all that money on the room and you charge me for a bottle of water .

Modern stylish hotel in a good location. Here for our 30th wedding anniversary. Staff very welcoming. We had a LEVEL room which was nice and a terrace with our own sun beds. Pool area good and very welcome after a hot day exploring. Nice selection at breakfast and nice to be able to grab a drink whenever we wanted. Snacks available through day as well. We only ate once in the hotel a small menu bar menu but was very tasty. On whole a good room had a massive bed. Bathroom layout we particularly liked. Clean a fresh.

Having stayed at other Melia hotels with LEVEL we were a little disappointed with the LEVEL lounge quite corporate and a bit canteen like. Would be nice to have some more comfy seating areas. Hot breakfast you order such as eggs, service a little slow when busier but eggs very good. Our room was good but an oddly placed cabinet made getting onto our terrace a bit difficult but that would be our only complaint.

The pool area was great and the views really do look like the pictures! The lounge area was lovely, it was nice to relax in on an evening after dinner. Especially with there being a few sporting events on during our stay, which they had on in the lounge. There are some great (and cheap) restaurants nearby too! The staff were very friendly.

The beds were not comfortable, quite hard and the pillows were not supportive. Additionally, I personally felt everywhere in the hotel had a modern feel apart from the rooms which were quite dated. It is quite a way out of the centre, which I think would be perfect in the cooler months so you could take a stroll into the centre. However in 38 degree heat, in the peak of summer, the walk to the centre can feel relentless (although there is a tram shelter nearby, which we should have researched into more)
