Apartments are very nice, we loved our terrace in particular. Pools were great, kids (4 and 1) loved the playground and softball/bowling alley. Great amenities all around you like a supermarket, pharmacy, few nice restaurants etc. Would we come back...absolutely!

We dont really have anything negative to say. In the beginning we felt it was a bit far away from the main centre of costa teguise but there is a really nice coastal walk that takes about 15mins and your there.

Clean (mostly) nicely decorated, amazing staff, nice layout, comfortable rooms, air conditioning, nice amount of loungers at the pool, not too busy. Saúl and Yarrol so lovely! Staff at reception helpful also.

Not enough facilities in rooms (kitchen equipment, broom, seating) although there were frequent cleaner visits I wanted to sweep inside and patio. No blankets on sofa beds, only sheets. Not keen on salt water pool as kids with eczema and makes their skin so sore. Pool bar needs some updating. Our kettle leaked also and bedroom light not working (room 1069), forgot to mention to staff.

Central in Costa Teguise. Lots of restaurants nearby as well as decent supermarkets. Large pool (not heated). Laundry machines in back corner of property (washer = €5, dryer = €4)

We love santa rosa and usually stay at the hpb side so it was a lot different. Great for us to get a few extra days in lanzarote.

The balcony over looked the back storage/staff car park area which was awful. My grandparents were even more upset and very disappointed by their balcony as closer to the car park. We were in 2001 and they were in 1092 so just below us. The stairs in the room for us was awkward for our 3 year old. My grandparents had stairs in theirs and they struggled as 82 years old and there is no hand rail to help them up and down the stairs.

Super big pool unheated. Location was good with plenty of restaurants close by. We were self-catering but could have paid to use the hotel restaurant.

We booked for a superior apartment which turned out to be a bungalow. The bungalow was great but its position was very poor as it was at the corner of the block and was very exposed with no wind breaks or facilities for shade.

Lovely apartments, we stayed in the newly refurbished building, behind the restaurant/buffet. It is family friendly, small kids pool & main pool is not too deep for older kids (once supervised/can swim) both pools are sea water(salt) & freezing! I can't really find any fault with the complex. It is roughly 15mins walk to main strip, obviously this would depend on your walking.

The pool towel ounge hogging!!!! People putting towels on beds from 6am, like honestly!! Some of these people wouldn't been seen then on the lounger until gone mid-day! The kids club could be better advertised, the people running it are great with the kids.

Very clean modern apartment. Quiet with good outdoor seating area. Good bathroom and kitchen facilites. Nice and quiet in Jan.Close to coffee shop (Cafe Damien goid croissants and coffee) bars, restaurants and supermarket. 20-30 minute walk to main centre of Costa Teguise. Bus transfer took about 20 minutes from airport.

We only stayed two nights.didnt make use of hotel facilities- pool,pool bar/cafe etc.

great location. Came here for the half marathon and needed a place for a large group of people. We enjoyed how quiet it was, and the facilities were ideal. The pool was a great temperature for an after run dip.

Only issue for us was the TV in our room, it wouldn't load anything. But given we were on a holiday it wasn't a problem. Perhaps it was just a wi-fi issue?
