I liked everything about this hotel! The staff were all very friendly and spoke great English. We used the swimming pool and it was very quiet and exceptionally clean. You do need to leave a 20 euro deposit with the lifeguard to use the hotel pool towels, but this is returned immediately. Our room was very spacious and comfortable and we heard no noise from outside. We decided to eat our evening meal at the hotel which was great value for money and good quality. Breakfast was amazing, and the room was not overcrowded. There was a choice of hot or cold foods. Can't recommend this place enough!

Clean rooms and bathroom. Loved the swimming pool and was impressed there was a lifeguard. Bright reception area with good café bar and seats available inside and out. Food was really good in the evening and there was food (snacks and drinks) available to buy to take to your room. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Easy access to airport and 24 hour reception.

The hotel seemed a bit isolated and quite far from Madrid city, situated within an industrial estate. It didn't seem to be a place you could go out at night from although there was a restaurant next door. Very handy for the airport by taxis and as we were only staying one night before flying out early it suited us fine. There was a restaurant within the hotel but it didn't seem to be open the night we stayed.

Good value for money. We booked it as an overnight stay before our flight. It's 12-15 minutes by car to the airport. At the reception they ordered a taxi with a good driver for a reasonable price. The reception staff are polite and helpful. The room is a normal size, big bathroom. The bed is comfortable. with a great pillow.

The place is not picturesque, it’s an industrial zone.

The hotel is ideally located for our trip from Santander to San Cayetano Murcia. We have stopped here twice and all facilities are ideal. The room is clean and the bed comfortable. A nice touch to have a kettle and tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Unfortunately the breakfast room was so busy we couldn't get near the drink machine and hard to get to the food.

We would like to have eaten in the restaurant but were told it wasn't open and sent downstairs to the buffet. We had a meal in the local bar which we would highly recommend.

Very nice pool for the kids and parents, EV charger in the car park (9 euros I believe for 24 hrs), aircon in the room, friendly staff, close to airport.

Gym was quiet small and basic but did use for around 30 mins in the morning. The facilities maybe slightly outdated but it was clean and tidy.

This is comfortable hotel very close to the airport with all services needed, internal parking, restaurant, gym, pool and free water for welcom. Fresh towels, comfortable bed and pillows and good bathroom. I could work from my room on the desk.

Always a friendly welcome, the Avant is well situated for our needs. Very accommodating, nothing too much bother. Rooms very clean with a safe which is very useful. Just a good choice for a no frills stay!

A more reliable fridge in the rooms please. Not my favourite place to eat which is a shame as nothing much in walking distance.

Is far from centrum, and could hear the noice of the airplanes. But there are other advantage who make me to feel comfortable.

The price of the restaurant and bar are too high. ONe bottle of water 3,20 euros!! That is something they need to think about it.

The price considering a popular event in the area as well as it being clean modern and good facilities

We found multiple cigarette wrappers/boxes in the wardrobe and it was quite far out from the city but that isn’t really an issue
