Cleanliness was perfect. The location was superb next to the art and sciences centre. It has so many restaurants. One was spoiled for choice.

No sink in the toilet which is separate from the bathroom. The bathroom / shower is next to the bedroom and partitioned with glass not wall. Half of the glass is darkened off to prevent you from seeing private parts of the one in the shower while you are in the bedroom. This darkened glass was not effective in one of the 2 rooms we booked. So you could see every bit of the person showering even with lights on or off. So check your room when you get it.

- Not sure that it is a 4-star hotel, as it is pretty sumple, but who cares. The price was reasonable for a Spanish touristic city (130 euro per night), and the hotel is nice. - Convenient location. It is closer to the science center. Great to walk through the green park to the city heart or take a bus. The district is less touristic and greeny. - Lovely breakfast. See the photo of the menu. It is very fullfilling. - Very friendly staff who is always ready to help. - Window soundproofing is good. - Plenty of cafes around. We loved the Pistachio the most! - Great view from the rooms. - Comfy matrass (as a person with back issues, I can definitely say that it was good!)

Slight Cons: - Glass doors to the bathroom & toilet, so you just need to be ready for this 😁 - Main door soundproofing is not very good, so u will hear the neighbors when they pass by. - With opened windows, it will be quite noisy during a day - Quite small rooms

Almost everything was perfect, especially the location (very close to several comercial centers where you can eat and shop). Very clean and the staff with great initiative to help with good informations. They also changed our room immediately because i booked it for a wrong audience (couple instead of family 2+1). The response to emails is extremely fast (which is a big plus, when you need info).

The “doors” of the bathroom and shower room are being made of a very heavy glass and they are very hard to handle by the kid. The design is amazing, but they open hardly and not so comfortable to use. Lack of a window on the rest room is also a big minus.

All of the front desk staff are excellent, so friendly and helpful. Special mention to Heder for being really cool!! The cleaning team is super efficient too. The place is spotless and the rooms are very modern and comfortable. Location is great with the Arts & Science park and Turia gardens right across the street... also a huge choice of bars and restaurants all within a few minutes walk. I have stayed in five different hotels in Valencia in the last 6 months and this is by far the best!!

The bedroom doors could be better soundproofed as the corridor gets very noisy, especially in the mornings. But it does not detract from an overall great experience... Highly recommend!!

Absolutely lovely staff, who gave a us a warm greeting after 12hrs on the road. They've surprised us with a better room. The hotel is fairly new, with the comfiest beds we've ever stayed in (I'm actually going to ask for the brand). The hotel has nearly perfect location with direct view to the Les Arts building in the park, we've walked through there probably every day. There is a number of great restaurants on that street (Saona, Miss Sushi, El Kisko, icecream Cafe, Pistachio) that are worth the visit. There is a bus stoop right in front and Valenbisi shared bikes station few meters from it. The A/C kicks in fairly quickly and has loads of settings to keep it running through the evening even if you're not used to it. You can get to the City beach in 30mins on bike, bus takes a bit longer due to longer intervals. 20mins taxi to Playa de Saler (much more enjoyable than the city beach). City center is also better reachable on a bike (great cycling paths everywhere, although the shared bikes might benefit from more service).

As I was talking about the A/C through the night, here's the reason: The hotel has dozens of rooms, but only on the first (or 2nd) floor of the building. The room we were given was great with the features, but has been unfortunately placed above the John Beer bar, which was very, very loud till early morning. The beds are very comfy, but they have an anti-spill cover on the matrasse and we got unbelievably hot/sweaty on them even with normal room temperature every day.

We loved our stay from start to finish. This is a really lovely hotel that's right across the street from the Turia Gardens and Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias, which is a huge complex, housing a science museum, an aquarium, and the performing arts theater. Our room was spacious and clean, and it was well-equipped with almost everything that we needed for the entire week. We didn't have breakfast every day but when we did, the breakfast was really tasty. The reception staff and cleaning staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. At the reception we were able to make restaurant reservations and also rent bicycles. We also left our luggage throughout our last day and reserved a taxi from the reception which saved us the hassle of having to worry about this.

The coffee pads were an additional €1 per day which doesn't seem necessary in a 4-star hotel.

The staff were fantastic and went out of their way for us. Our room was great, spacious, clean, comfy, and trendy. The location was perfect for us as it was in between the centre and the beach. Plus, the area itself was lovely with the arts and science park on the doorstep and some amazing restaurants nearby.

Property is a hotel boutique  very quaint. No pool no lounge for drinks. It’s a small, quaint hotel.

The property is perfect close to everything. Local city bus #19 will take to city central and the opposite of the street take again bus number 19 and takes you straight to the beach .

Very close to the main attractions of the city, we walk till the Oceanograph or Museum of Science. Close to a bus station. Very good restaurants in the area. Staff very kind with our kids. Good breakfast, even if the food was not served as a buffet; instead, you ordered from a menu with about three or four options. Big family room, perfect for a family of four.

The toilet door was not properly sealed. The design makes the door not to close tightly.

Good location , easy access to town either walking or bus . Friendly helpful reception staff, great breakfast and service. Comfortable bed Microwave in room and mini fridge , plenty of wardrobe space for those on a longer visit

They provided a microwave but nothing to cook on or eat off or with so remember to take your own should you wish to use it , hopefully they might read this and change
