Very well situated location right next to main train station and metro stops from the airport (1 -2 blocks away), the room was large, beds comfortable, room clean, the little balcony windows that overlooked the hubub of the station was fun for people watching, and a nice thing to have open for a breeze, staff very friendly. Breakfast buffet was standard with enough choices. Cannot say anything about aircon as I stayed in January and it is very pleasant in Valencia at that time of year.

Weekend City noises until late then the eaterys and retail stores close, trains stop and taxis are gone then its silent, the week days were quieter but that busy atmosphere is to be expected if you are right next to the main train station! The windows close well and block a lot of the noise. Did not bother me as the windows face off of the main street which is a very large intersection!

Good sized comfortable room. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is 2 mins walk from train station and many varied food choices nearby. Good value breakfast with many choices

The room was reasonably well soundproofed against street noise and traffic but could not shut out the loud night outdoor concert at the BullRing. The plumbing needs attention as the bathroom shower was bubbling up and took time to clear.

Location: Excellent. Right next to main train station Estació del Nord . Walking distance to all main attractions in the historic town. Hotel room: Excellent. We stayed in room 509. Room was well insulated from any noise. Room was clean with beautiful wooden flooring. There was sufficient lighting in the room and the lights could be controlled from both sides of the bed. Bed was comfortable. Sparkling clean bathroom. Good shampoo, hair conditioner, bath soap and body lotion provided. Service: Reception staff were friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay in this hotel again.

We had a fantastic stay! The room was spacious, very clean, and came with a large terrace — perfect for relaxing. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of tasty options to choose from. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location was more than perfect — right next to Plaza de Toros, where we attended a concert, so it was just a short walk back. It’s also in the city center and directly on a metro line, which made it super easy to get around. Honestly, we had no complaints at all. Highly recommended!

Great breakfast, comfortable and clean room, the staff at reception welcoming and accommodating. The location is perfect, next to the metro and train station and all Valencia central parts. Most hotels have shortened the stay for guests in recent years. I was pleasantly surprised that check in was 1pm and check out 12.

May be new sockets with USB ports in the next round of refurbs. Not an issue but more of a recommendation.

The room was comfy with a nice view. Staff was exceptionally helpful. We got us an electrical adapter which we forgot to bring and provided this North American with a bucket of ice!

The "gym" was small and had only a treadmill, a cycle, a rowing machine, and 2 weights in a 10x10 room that you had to reserve to use.

Everyone I met was super kind, polite and helpful. The location is excellent. My single room was small but perfect for one person with a big wardrobe (and enough hangers), a comfortable bed and a window that could be opened. The bathtub and shower were great. Everything was super clean. The checkout was possible until noon, very convenient.

I really liked everything. If I wanted to be picky I'd mention the soft pillow, the lack of toilet brush and the worn look of some pieces of the furniture. But the positives by far outweighed the negatives for me. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was right opposite the Nord station and a ten minute walk from Sorolla station and a pleasant stroll through to the city centre and the Old Town (a must). The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. To catch the hoponhopoff bus is a two minute walk in front of Macca's for stop number 2. A good sized room and comfy bed.

Location, very easy access to all the beautiful sights in Valencia, directly across the street from the railway station, and taxi rank. Lovely breakfast each morning, large variety to choose from from. Bedroom was spacious with plenty of storage space and excellent water pressure in shower.

Nothing highly recommend and I would stay at this hotel again

We did not have breakfast.location was very good and reception staff were top class.when we returned to the city on 12th Javier on reception kindly allowed us to leave our bags for 2 hours as we were early for airport We will definitely use this hotel again.

If you had a pool we would have stayed there for more nights .Happy with this hotel.
