My little squad really enjoyed the quality hot breakfast provided each day. We stayed 7 days and breakfast set up was consistently on time, abundant and neat. The attendants were conscious of being present enough to keep trays filled, serving stations sanitized and things running smoothly but not so present we felt governed while eating. While working from our room, my partner and I regularly went down to the kitchen/breakfast area for free coffee and my son really enjoyed the hot chocolate station. All of the staff from the housekeeping team and grounds workers’ to the front desk and kitchen folks were considerate, easy to communicate with and accommodating. Very grateful to have spent time here.

The only thing I would want improved would be the screens on the bedroom windows above ground level. We were on the second floor and while flies weren’t an issue, I worried this could create safety concerns around my curious child.

Location was good. Beds were comfy. Big plus, very dog friendly.

I'm very fussy about the kind of food I eat so I found the food offered very unsatisfactory. To me, not edible or palatable. Also in the room there was NO PLACE, no towel bars or hooks, to hang up damp towels so they could dry. Never had that problem anywhere else I've stayed at a motel/hotel.

Nice big clean room with comfy beds. Nice fridge with separate freezer. Good breakfast

The TV had a separate speaker mounted on the wall behind the TV stand. You couldn't hear it unless it was turned way up. Afraid of it being too loud for room next door. The shower was very weak, too much water restriction.

It was so nice to have breakfast available every morning. It was beyond my expectations as there weren't only cold selections, cereal, pre package muffins, etc. But a hot selection as well. Eggs sausage and toast.

I can't think of a single thing I didn't like, especially Ashley. She is the person everyone would like to have running the hotel. She was so helpful and kind and answered every question I had. Just good karma all around.

Young man at check-in the eve we arrived was very friendly and helpful. Even though their "system" was down, he was able to get us checked in with not much fuss.

Their computer system was down when we arrived, No worries though, Checked in without a problem, TV remote in room died, Took to front desk for new batteries. They did not have any. Young man fixed us up with batteries from another remote so we were all good.

The Staff, Breakfast and price

The toilet was dirty. The TV didn't work. The sink drain was stuck shut and wouldn't drain. I called the front desk and she was too busy checking in guests to help us at the moment and there was no one else she could send.

The checkin staff were very professional.

The breakfast lady was really bad. Breakfast wasn't ready at 6 am and she told us we couldn't even be in the seating area for a cup of coffee for another 25 min when breakfast would be ready. She was nasty about it. She needs to go. No friendly customer service from her.

Friendly staff with excellent customer service, I needed a bit longer before I checked out and they gave me a later check out time free of charge, which was wonderful and a first for me, I normally stay across the street at the old super 8 motel because it's a little bit cheaper but you get what you pay for and I'll never stay anywhere else again in camp verde, clean rooms and comfy beds/pillows also they serve a hot breakfast in the morning with lots of different choices and everything was fresh, they have a gym, outdoor swimming pool/hot tub, great experience and I'll definitely be recommending them and coming back

The bottom floor was helpful I'm 70, and the closer the room, the better..clean and lots of pillows.. Fridge and microwave helpful... Thank you

Breakfast was OK - Not Outstanding. Though I got the "Bold" coffee - it was Not Bold at all. Beds were comfortable. However the Room could use Much more light.

More lighting in the bedroom. Towel bars in the bathrooms. + A Larger bar of soap! Hardly enough for a good shower.
