My friends and I flew in late from Ohio only to stay one night. As soon as we walked in we were greeted with a huge smile. Nancy was the sweetest most friendly person you could meet. We had been traveling all day and exhausted. She was a breathe of fresh air. She quickly got us checked in with a upgraded room. We dropped our bags and did a little fresh up only to go back to the Lobby Bar to chat with Nancy and have a ice cold beer. She gave us some tips on places to eat since it was so late. She was very helpful, friendly and funny. If the lobby had food we would of just stayed with Nancy to eat. It was unfortunate we only stayed one night. The next morning we had some time to enjoy the pool early with records highs in the valley, before we packed up to head to Sedona for the rest of our trip. Oh and the breakfast was amazing as well. I will be booking this place again next year. Location, Cleanliness, Friendly Staff all 10 stars.

Our room was very quiet. The suite was nice as it had a couch and kitchen which made staying there more comfortable because we could spread out. The pool was very nice, with a hot tub. Around each corner outside the fenced pool were comfortable cushioned chairs and tables to sit and visit. One area had a nice huge gas fireplace. Breakfast was very good and the servers were very nice. Our room was kept very clean by the cleaning staff. The location was very nice. I could walk to a part of old town and go shopping while my husband golfed. I felt very safe and the traffic was courteous to me as I walked in the crosswalks.

Loved the location. Very comfortable beds. Good to have a kitchen. Wonderful pool & hot tub. Beautifully landscaped property. Great to have access to the business centre & gym

*A/C was very cold & drafty in the bedroom. *Kitchen was not well stocked (only 2 cups for 3 guests, only 1 bowl for 3 guests, small pot handle was falling off, no frying pan or other cooking pots & pans,, no long oven pan for pizza etc *Not enough towels (if there are 3 guests there should be 3 of each type of towel in the room for the time staying in that room) *The buffet breakfast needs more variety. (Change the muffin flavors, pancakes were often not offered, more variety needed in general)

Location is nice and quiet. Rooms are clean and eating area is also clean. The buffet is good for breakfast.

On other stays for the weekend breakfast there was an omelette bar this time there wasn't one. Also there wasn't bacon like other times. The fruit bowl once it was empty no more was brought out. My wife would get up and see if there was some but the employees never came out with fruit. The breakfast buffet is good but please bring back the omelette choice and also the bacon.

We love this property. We love the condo style of the King Suites. The location is perfectly situated between Old Town Scotts dale and the Fashion Square Mall. Ideal for Christmas shopping. Staff is friendly and attentive.

During the time we were there, the internet was out. Although we were not traveling for business, it would have been an issue if I had needed to connect during my stay.

The location is absolutely fantastic and is what first attracted me to the hotel. I hadn’t anticipated the suite would be quite so large and with such a range of great facilities. The shower, bed, living space, televisions, all brilliant and arguably too much for just one person! The staff were friendly and extremely helpful on numerous occasions I asked questions. I was even able to check in early, which was perfect.

Breakfast was nothing to write home about but it was satisfactory and plenty of food to choose from.

Beautiful property- well maintained grounds, good location, walking distance to old town restaurant area, very nice suite with full kitchen and private bedroom. Good breakfast. Nice staff. Fortunately we got a first floor suite. Quite area. Free parking. Reasonable price for the room.

No elevators is an issue if you don't get a first floor room, but we did get first floor. No guide on TV- just list of stations but can't tell what's on. Sofa bed not very comfortable mattress. No door between bedroom and bathroom sink area Blackout screen not cut well- light came in around sides Pet fee too high for a one night stay for 1 small pet

The beds were super comfortable and the hotel was cleaned spotless as always. I enjoyed having a full sized kitchen especially a nice fridge. The coffee pot was nice and their coffee pods were just fine. I've learned from staying here before that if you don't show up early to breakfast there will be little to choose from and the pancakes are hard like cardboard. Otherwise, if you get there early their breakfast is better than most places. They have excellent coffee with a variety of good creamers to choose from as well as good teas.

The Air conditioning unit in my room made very loud noises all night long when it turned on. The made showed up two hours early before checkout asking to clean my room. I let her know I didn't want to check out until noon. They came by again a half hour hour later and asked if I was going to check out soon. I really wanted to rest before I drove over three hours home. This being said, I'm happy that they do clean the rooms well and are diligent about it. I always know and trust that the bedding has been changed and the bathrooms cleaned when staying at this Hilton. It's my favorite place to stay.

Our room was very spacious. While we didn't use the kitchen for cooking, it appeared to be well stocked so that you could. There are barbeques around the property for guest use as well. We enjoyed the complementary breakfast complete with an omelette station, which was a pleasant surprise. The location is perfect for a quiet night's sleep but a short walk to Old Town Scottsdale. We were aware of the stairs only to the upper levels so it did not bother us, but those with mobility issues would likely prefer a lower level room.

No issues during our stay.

The toaster created smoke when I tried to make a toast on the first day. Was afraid to use it again. Also, fire or smoke alarms went off 3 or 4 times mysteriously during our 6 nights stay, either in the entire building or hotel. Lastly, the tv's could be better: everyday for a few times the tv's lost signal. The paper tv guide had 64 or 46 for Bloomberg, but it was never Bloomberg. Couldn't find Bloomberg anywhere.
