Our visit happened to coincide with a weekend when another major company had booked our suites. Fortunately, Hilton handled the situation with professionalism and fairness—we were well compensated. Special thanks to Bridget Cunningham, the Catering Manager, whose exceptional service truly stood out and made all the difference.

Although the conference food and catering were awesome, the conference room had no A/C, and it was very hot in Tucson AZ (90's in the room) over 100 degrees outside. Unfortunately, due to the heat, we could only spend a few hours in the room, and we had to cut the celebration a few hours early.

First most Facility is well kept, Special Pet friendly allowed, house keeper are mostly kind, polite. Respectful. Need more special discounts for loyal customer. I’m filled of gratitude for every kindness , Respectful Staff and valued customers service. Thank you!

Water should always be free accommodation $2.00 per small bottle of water? Should always have special offers discounts for Loyal customer to kept your customer coming back for more to stay. and add more color for the main entrance to attract more customer. Should always have free bottle water.

It’s a nice hotel and well maintained.

It was SO LOUD. We were put at the very beginning of the hallway so we heard EVERYTHING outside our room. We were also booked next to a connecting room that was also occupied so that was also really loud. In such a large hotel, and for nearly $150, I expected better. I’m also still waiting on my deposit to be returned 2 days later, which was an additional $75. I’ve always been satisfied with my hotel value through booking but I definitely feel I could have had a better experience for less money elsewhere.

1. The receptionist who checked me in was charming. Easy to talk with on other issues. 2. Called for someone to fix the body lotion dispenser; they were quick, which I appreciated.

1. I wasn't aware of having to pay for parking when staying at the hotel. That was my first time paying for parking at the hotel where you were staying ($15.39). 2. According to the US Flag Code, it is illegal to fly the US Flag at night without lighting (needs lighting at night)

This was our third visit, and once again, we enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood feels safe and is perfect for families. The beds are super comfy, and everything throughout the property is clean. The staff are warm and welcoming, which always makes our stay even better. We loved the stunning mountain views and the close proximity to Saguaro National Park—it couldn’t be more convenient. The pool area is charming and perfect for relaxing.

The location was great and it was quiet at night .when I called for anything they were very prompt at getting it to my room

The air-conditioning was rattling and loud. The tile was very slippery and I had to catch my self and tweaked my back. One morning there were people outside my window washing vehicles so I heard the constant high pitched noise from the power washer. Also while I was trying to nap a maid knocked on the door even thought I had the do not disturb sign on the door. The door wouldn't always shut when leaving the dead bolt would get stuck in the open position

I think for as much as the room costs, the breakfast buffet should be included. I feel like Hilton does a huge disservice to it's customers by nickeling and diming them right on down to the bottle of water in the rooms costing $2.00 for non-members.

We had brought back leftovers from dinner on the first night. We had then placed the boxes outside the door, as housekeeping was just a room away working. They remained there for 2 full days before I picked them up and threw them in the housekeeping cart trash bag myself.

I have stayed here several times while visiting family in the Sabino Canyon neighborhood. The location is good for my purposes but might not make sense for everybody. I appreciate the pool and the bar.

Maybe this is an issue with Tucson generally, but there is nothing walking distance from the hotel (except a Culver's.) Breakfast is quite expensive. On one recent stay, there were children yelling in the common areas at 11pm. It's not the calmest place. I have noticed lately that the rooms are starting to show wear.

Excellent and helpful staff - awesome air conditioning (we like it cold)

Breakfast is way over-priced for what you get. Also, we had a hot water issue - arrived Wed. No hot water on Thursday (called and a new canister was installed). Hot water on Friday. No hot water on Saturday. Staff at the front desk was very polite and concerned about this.

The hotel had an amazing scent as you walked in the front doors. The hotel is very clean as well as the rooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We also liked that there was a 24 convenience store available. The beds were very comfortable as well as the pillows. The location was close to everything we needed for our trip and parking was easy to find. There is also a Culvers fast food restaurant in the parking lot, which made it easy to grab something quick to eat.

Our air conditioning unit woke us up several times the first night, it made loud cracking and popping noises. I went to the front desk the next morning and they sent the mechanical engineer to our room to look at it. Later that night when we got back to our room the a/c was still making the same noise. I called the front desk and they moved us to another room. As soon as we settled into our new room the a/c made the same noises but louder than the previous room. We had to switch to another room. We were exhausted from the long day and the last thing you want to do is change rooms several times. The other thing that was bothersome was we could not locate any vending machines for water. We had to use the convenience store and it was VERY expensive.
