The hotel is centered on Cannery Row, so everything is close by. The e-bike rental store is about 2 blocks away if you want to venture out. Fisherman's Wharf is about to 2 miles away. It was a nice walk, then had dinner and Uber back to the hotel. We were too full, too tired to walk back. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We were even upgraded on room reservation. Parking is adjacent to the hotel on another street.

I guess I would say the parking fee is $45/night.

The desk staff was very supportive of all our needs including looking out for a lost child, providing adjoining rooms, getting extra towels, sparing an extra room key, and juggling check-out times Garage parking was convenient and easy to use. Not a bad view of the bike path behind hotel, tree lined and quiet at night even though heart of downtown nearby. Great breakfast menu and bartender perfect for at bar ordering in afternoon. Beds very comfy and clean.

Can't think of anything. Location and service were most important to me. No refrigerator but we managed to use mini-bar for our deli take out leftovers etc. Ice readily available.

Nicely appointed Nice ocean - side setting Ample amenities - workout, pool (although MODEST) I was traveling with 2 girlfriends - we attempted to book spa treatments in advance - the spa was booked, eventually the spa receptionist offered a neighboring spa, a sister spa I believe - for which we were MOST appreciative!

That Booking referred to the room I booked as Ocean “view” which I paid for - and I had to CRANK my neck SIDEWAYS, standing at the window to get a glimpse of the water - DISAPPOINTING & a bit misleading!!! If you are going/interested in the Aquarium - it is a PERFECT location otherwise the area/Monterey felt a bit like Myrtle Beach - NOT the classiest of locations… LOTS of souvenir shops, lower end restaurants, lots of smilies with young children…

King ocean view room was very comfortable and relaxing. The room was extremely clean and spacious. The bed and bedding was comfortable. We especially enjoyed the pillows. The bathroom was clean and large. We appreciated having the Nespresso machine and the variety in the mini bar was nice to have. The only issue we had was the tv options. It was extremely difficult to stream Netflix and there are no other options for watching movies which we wanted to do the first night while having our room service dinner. That was disappointing and frustrating. Everything else was lovely including great staff!! They were very helpful, friendly, talkative and always offered to help us with anything we needed or wanted! Thank you, InterContinental for a wonderful 21st anniversary stay!

Streaming on the tv was difficult and frustrating, and the wifi was spotty and slow.

The staff far exceeded my expectations. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in the heart of cannery row with a view of the water so it has a great location. The outdoor fire pits are also overlooking the water so that’s nice for friends and family. Mini fridge was well stocked. Overall we loved our stay and would stay here again.

We stayed at this hotel because of its location and the booking said cribs were available but to check prior to arriving to be sure. Well I indicated we wanted a crib in the reservation and didn’t hear back. So I messaged them to confirm and still did not hear back. I finally called a day before our arrival and they told me they didn’t offer cribs… very inconvenient.

The arrival experience was great, everyone super friendly and helpful, very smooth experience. The location is unbeatable. It was also good, that everything was back to pre-pandemic levels, especially housekeeping.

To charge $75.00 PER DAY for our dog to stay with us. This could be a dealbreaker next time. We have stayed with him there many times, he is well behaved, does not make a mess, does jump onto the bed or anything. I understand that they might want to charge a one time fee and I am willing to pay $150, max for a stay, but definitely not $75.00 per day.

The room was very nicely furnished and the bathroom was spacious and of high quality. The pool although small was a nice quiet terrace to sit with the family.

I chose the hotel as we would could get breakfast included. However, when we arrived breakfast was only for two people in the room not the four people we had clearly booked to stay in the room. We only found this out when we arrived. That was not ideal as we may have chosen somewhere else if we had known.

Perfect location in the middle of everything and a 2 min walk to the Aquarium, the room was so nice, quiet, the balcony was added bonus to sit and people watch, and had a great view of the Bay with otters and seals. From check in to check out the staff was great. Parking was expensive but worth it.

The bathroom was setup with bars for disabled but disappointed the shower was not a walk in, it was a bathtub/shower combo. For my partner who has MS, it takes a lot to step over. And requested shower chair but they forgot to put the chair in the bathroom for us.

Right next to the aquarium in the center of cannery row, can’t get a better location! Everything is clean, everyone is nice

I wish they had a free breakfast. You can buy breakfast from the restaurant downstairs but for the price I feel like there should be a breakfast included (or at least a discount at the restaurant). The restaurant is def on the high end of prices for what you get (one slice of avocado toast was almost $20).

This hotel was even nicer than I expected. The facilities were luxurious and beautiful, the room was spacious, clean and so very comfortable! We loved the big bathroom, Nespresso, and cozy bed and pillows! And the location is to die for—just step out the door and you are right at the Cannery Row highlights including the aquarium!

There is nothing to dislike! I saw some reviews that parking was high but actually it is very reasonable for the area and insanely convenient!
