Perfectly located right in the center of town, with lots of restaurants within one block and only a few minutes walk to the aquarium. Being able to park the car in the garage and being able to leave it there until 4 pm after checking out was so helpful. The way the hotel was built, it had a courtyard with two firepits and ample seating which made us forget that we were in the middle of town! The room was clean and the beds comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

2nd floor was perfect for families with young children: room for them to safely walk around in front of the rooms. We told our little grandsons that the flat rocks were dinosaur eggs (they named them). The baby monitor had reception from the fire pit area and we could see the room door easily from there.

Thought I booked the family two adjoining rooms on Booking.com, but when we got there we were told that we actually booked two separate rooms that were four doors down. Don’t know where the error occurred. Suggest calling the property to confirm booking in future. Plan to have $50 security deposit placed on your credit card.

The location was fabulous. Our room was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was spa level nice! It was the staff that made it so special. So kind and welcoming, ready with recommendations on attractions and restaurants. Plus, we were gifted a goodie bag upon check-in with some tasty snacks. All in all, a truly lovely stay at a lovely hotel with wonderful people. Thank you!

No biggie, but next time, I will try to get a room with a view! :)

Was near every place we wanted to go to.

I loved that it was super close to everything me and my boyfriend wanted to do! It was about a 3 minute walk to get to the closest beach ( a small one ) and has amazing seafood right next door. 5 minutes away was a Bubba Gump, and another 2 from there is a delish crepe spot! Everything made my stay even better!

Nothing! Staff was amazing and helpful throughout the whole stay. Lots of fun!

Staff very friendly. Parking was easy, felt safe. Room was clean, beds were comfortable. Location was great, we walked everywhere. Loved the firepit!

There were some areas of upstairs walkway that needed repairs. The walls were thin and could hear people upstairs. Luckily no one on either side of us. The seagulls are really loud but we have wild parrots at home and that didnt bother us as much as the people upstairs.

Very limited on stuff in room no microwave, carpets need updating, carpets outside and in stairs need to be taken out or updated. Looked like there was a lack of cleaning in the stairwell smelled musty Everytime we turned on TV we had to unplug the cable box to reconnect the TV and cable

Good location, comfortable bed and great shower pressure. Staff very friendly and shared recommendations for places to eat!

Rooms felt a bit tired but they were updating some rooms while we were there so this fix is already in progress. Would also be good to get the electric gates fixed so they could be used for entry (rather than just exit)

Rooms are renovated, feels clean. Comfortable beds. Value to money high. Nice staff.

We stayed at the first floor, doesn’t feel safe as it’s an open court layout so people from the street can go into the hotel without going through the lobby. If traveling alone, make sure to receive higher floor.

It is a nice room, with fridge and coffee maker so technically you can make either coffee or tea and enjoy it by the fire pit that is working from 5 to 10pm. Very nice location, walking distance to everything. But there is fee for the parking on the hotel property.

The pictures showed there is the bath tub in the room but there wasn’t. The fridge is working loudly same as the air conditioner so for sensitive sleeper it won’t work together with the birds by the ocean which were very loud too. We also could not book room with two beds so had to book the second room for the kid ( she is 13).
