Thankful for the heated pools. The weather turned out to be cold and raining and if it wasn't for the heated pools it would've been detrimental. We made the best out of the weather

Nice pool, nice pool restaurant, large rooms, good size kitchen in room, nice bathroom in room . Very family oriented. Lots of kids.

The room was dated, the kitchen was older. Bathroom was older, but still nice. We got to the property at 3:45 pm but were unable to check in until 8:00 pm because they hadn’t cleaned our room. This was tough as we had driven all day from Northern California to get there. I’ve never had such a late checkin at any hotel.

I love everything about this resort. It has become an annual mini summer getaway for us. It’s always an organized and easy check in. I appreciate how clean the entire resort it is. We stayed in a king suite and it was very clean and neat when we arrived. It had everything we might need and more. The bed was amazing and very comfortable. The pool area was clean and the pool itself was enjoyable. Staff is friendly and always greeting. There is a convenient texting system where staff checks in to see how your stay is going and where we are able to ask for anything we might need. It can also be used to check out. Overall, always a positive experience.

Amazing outdoor area! Even though the rooms are outdated they are very spacious and comfortable.

Seems unorganized. They overbooked 10 bookings and made us all stay somewhere else the first night then weren’t ready for us the next day.

Comfortable Perfect location Close to the hiking trails and stores and restaurants Pool area was perfect the kids loved the slides!!

I didn’t like how even with our wrist bands to enter the pool one gentleman at the entrance would ask For my room Number. I didn’t feel Comfortable or safe giving that out while the other gentleman working there said hey they have the wrist band they shouldn’t have to give the hotel room number but he still Insisted I needed to give him my room Number to enter the pool

Secluded from other areas, pool was awesome

I liked the room the most, very very spacious. So much storage. The entire resort was very nice. The pool was very relaxing and my son loved the slide.

I really don't have complaints. Except the negative reviews that were left here by petty people. Had me skeptical before I got here. Don't believe what you read here, this place was cool.

Location and views. Pool is amazing for little ones and seniors. Loved the amenities and the staff texts to see if we need anything in our room daily as house keeping is only done weekly. The resort is more like a condo which is what we like when in Palm springs. It is dated but undergoing renovations so should be nice when complete! Loved the underground parking.

Dated but renovations started. Disappointed that we couldn't extend our stay due to renovations. They do try and sell you time shares with "free offers" so just be mindful of that.

Loved the location that allows for beautiful mornings and sunsets. The pool is amazing!

Not all of the property is upgraded. We had the Canyon building and our suite was so nice! Clean and of course with all the reviews about bed bugs, I checked the mattresses and they were new which was a relief. But we had another group that had a suit in another building and it was not updated. I was scared to walk around without shoes as the carpet was disgusting and smelled. I know you all are headed in the right direction and it takes time to remodel but I would say this is a huge pain point for the property. Check in took them a really long time so to not be able to check in u til 6-7 and then to get a room that was not clean was for sure a negative.

The pools are always warm , it’s very family friendly

There is no way to extend your late check out, also we were there for 3 mornings and all three morning we were woken up by the noise of a truck and people talking ) the truck was picking up what I believe to be the beach towels but it was Soo loud that it woke up my 2 kids and us. We had a few rooms since it was a family trip and no one else had an issue with the truck but they had pool views
