Two pools. Room bar was fully stocked (water, beer, wine, etc). Overall design of the hotel is charming. No kids were around. The restaurant was much nicer than anticipated and the food was pretty good. The menu was mostly tapas and appetizers. The bombas were really good. Service was very good. We liked the cat =)

The breakfast was adequate but could have been better. The restaurant was convenient but overpriced for the portions ($30 for burger & fries. $19 for a mixed drink. $18 hummus + pita. Tinned fish $30. Two meat skewers $40. For room service add 25%. Room served meal, 1 app + 2 drinks $170, before tip. Ouch.) Room bar was also overpriced.

The vibes and eclectic atmosphere of this place give it undeniable charm, making it incredibly welcoming all around. I loved the heated pools, the layout of the villas, and the calmness surrounding every inch of the place. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, the beds were so comfortable, and it was such a nice place to truly relax. It was truly its own oasis and was very calm and quiet. I really enjoyed my stay here.

For breakfast, they provided bagels, croissants, yogurt, fruit, boiled eggs, and muffins. As well as fresh coffee and spreads for the pastries. However, I personally would have liked more warm breakfast options like sausage, bacon, potatoes, and the like. But that’s all personal taste, and I still enjoyed the selection.

The room was excellent, with a perfect location: no noise and a very relaxing mini-vacation trip. Would consider a future stay at this facility in the future.

The air conditioning unit in room 39 needs to be replaced. It was too noisy and took away from the tranquility of the room. Also the front door had significant gaps at the top, large enough for bugs like mosquitoes to navigate through.

I loved the vibe this place had. I chose this because of all the excellent reviews. Room was nice, pool was nice, enjoyed the music playing by the pool, staff was friendly, good location.

There were drinks in the room that I did not touch but after I checked out I saw a $60 charge for some wine. Of course I contacted the property to ask what it was for and they said house keeping reported it missing. Would hate to be charged for something I didn’t use but they were kind enough to give me a refund which is greatly appreciated! It was a wonderful way to spend my 40th birthday!!

The location was perfect. Far enough away from downtown to where there wasn’t much traffic/ it was quiet but still close enough to be convenient. The view of the mountains from the pool was stunning. I appreciated the free breakfast, the bagels are quite yummy and the free cookies served in the lanai at night were an added bonus I was not expecting. The rooms were very clean with a spacious kitchen area.

My only complaint is the small bathroom, I could rest my chin on the sink while sitting on the toilet. The shower was also very crammed. I would hit my elbows on the walls while washing my hair.

Great location and proximity to downtown area. Pool was perfect temperature and grounds were meticulously manicured. The entire staff was so accommodating and made my wife and I really feel spoiled. Hotel Manager, Phillip, made every effort to make it special for our 29th anniversary and it was greatly appreciated! Can’t wait to book our next stay…

I had no issues with the property. Everything was spot on!

We stayed here with my wife for four nights. We never thought that the hotel could be so cozy and comfortable that we wouldn't even want to leave it to enjoy Palm Springs itself and the beautiful parks around it. Location: Ideal spot. Very peaceful and quiet place. You can see the mountains right from the hotel. Koffi café and a good breakfast place Elmer's are within walking distance. Besides, the hotel itself serves excellent breakfasts. Room: We received a complimentary upgrade to our room, which I still can't believe. Once again, a huge thank you! Everything there was perfectly clean, comfortable, and stylish. We couldn't figure out how to heat water for tea in the Nespresso, and they immediately provided us with a stylish kettle. The water pressure in the bathroom was excellent. It was very quiet at night in the hotel, and we slept soundly. Service: Top-notch. The staff there immediately make you feel that your comfort is very important to them. We liked their communication system with guests: SMS. Everything you need to know is sent via SMS. If you have any questions - just send an SMS. Want to reserve a table in the restaurant or order food to the room - SMS. One evening, we were cozy sitting outside by the fireplace and sent an SMS with a list of what we wanted to order in the restaurant and sent a photo of where exactly we were sitting. Ten minutes later, everything was brought to us. It's very cool. Hotel itself: Incredibly beautiful villa. Lots of greenery. Heated pools. Everything is very stylish and thought out to the smallest detail. Everyone will be able to find a place to relax on its premises. It might sound quite strange and amusing, but the music playing softly in the background at the hotel was simply amazing. It encompassed various genres and styles, but we liked absolutely everything about it. In the evening, it's very convenient to sit by the fire.

we both loved the breakfast.It is more than continental.It was healthy and delicious .We also ate at the on site restaurant Del Rey , a Spanish style tapas restaurant .Great food ,great ambiance .wonderful experience .The main pool was heated which was a real treat .

the day staff was very professional and only answered questions as asked but the evening staff were great at highlighting events in the town.

Loved the design of the hotel, as well as the 'home' like rooms with mini-kitchen and outside seating areas. The multiple stunning pool areas and music playing all over was perfection. The giant field out back to let the dogs run was a gorgeous green oasis. Breakfast was just enough to be filling! Cocktails and drinks brought to our room were delicious. Text based concierge is easy to use.

Breakfast area is small, and so it's a real scuffle trying to get to everything with 20 people over a tiny table, this needs to be moved to a bigger area. The rooms have no areas to hang towels (hooks etc.), except for the closet, which just doesn't work. Plugs are also quite rare, some more would be helpful. Would have appreciated a heads-up from front desk about the fact that they don't clean the rooms daily as we were out of signal when the text arrived.

Great staff that is very accommodating & friendly. The amenities & good vibes they provide are unmatched for a hotel of this size. Beautiful venue; a great location in a residential area that is close to downtown, but far enough away for some needed peace & quiet. The Del Rey restaurant was delightful; a tapas style restaurant (basically: everything is an appetizer), a little pricey if you are trying to fill up. However, the drinks were tasty & unique, while the atmosphere was cozy & intimate! Food-wise, the flavors were on point & very memorable, great fun to share!

Be aware that the parking situation might be difficult. They do have designated guest parking wedged tightly between the property & the street, if you arrive late or at a busy time you may have to park on the street (The streets in this area are not well-lit at night). Rooms do not have great sound proofing, it’s okay for the most part, because the guests are respectful & noise stops after 10, but if you are sensitive to noise it may bother you.
