I love the location and the airport shuttle service.

My room thermostat didn’t work. There were screws loose on the shower handle. There were kids in the pool at 9:50pm. Little late for kids to be making noise in the pool area. The check in process was rough as the guy was in training and the manager was very busy and some other girl was just hanging around doing nothing. Breakfast service was absolutely horrible. The guy yelled at me from across the room if I wanted water. Offered a staff member to turn on the tv but didn’t offer any of the guests the tv. Food was okay, eggs could use something- maybe some cheese in the side.

The breakfast staff was top notch, and the room and gym was very clean. Cleaning staff was also very professional and courteous. Awesome place to stay, and I do have plans to stay at the Hilton for all my family and business trips.

The staff member who signed me in was not friendly at all. I understand people do have bad days . However, if anyone working in customer serves should be professional at all times. Each person working for the Hilton is a representative of the Hilton business.

Close to the Sacramento airport, friendly staff, 24hr airport shuttle, allowed dogs and had a good area to walk my dog, bags and trash available for dogs outside. Room was a good size with comfortable beds and plenty of outlets.

Was on the higher end of nearby hotels, but honestly was happy to pay it for the location and shuttle.

Location is very accessible, food and access to freeways is also very accessible, staff was super friendly and helpful from the moment we walked in to the lobby. Room was very clean ,plenty of fresh clean towels, lotion ,soaps!! All around great experience.

Immaculate hotel and room. Our room was incredibly clean and comfortable. The hall had a pleasant smell of cleanliness as well. The property was also conveniently located near food options.

The pool was drained for maintenance. It’s too bad they couldn’t do that during winter rather than on a 100* day.

I had already paid in full but the registration desk charged me anyway. I just owed the hotel the pet fee of $75.00. I have contacted Customer Service but have not heard a response since my complaint was filed on 1 September.

What we liked the most was the security of the hotel. We stayed in a hotel the last time we were in Sacramento and there were homeless people wandering around in the parking lot, some were deranged. At that hotel we had to go out of the lobby to get to our room. At the Natomas Hilton everything was enclosed; there was no outside access to our room. We ate at the restaurant which was located in the lobby. We had breakfast and dinner, and both were very good--especially the dinner special, steak and shrimp--delicious! The room was very nice--we stayed in a room that was designed for wheelchair access, and it was very spacious. The thermostat was simple and it was easy to control the room temperature. The room and the bathroom were very clean. We will definitely be staying here next time we come to Sacramento!

The refrigerator in the room stopped working on the second day we were there. That is really the only negative thing I have to say about our stay. We were going to check out in a few hours so we didn't ask for it to be looked at. We informed the desk when we checked out.

the accommodations were good and clean and the food was great. The staff was excellent.

the TV didn't work. The location was a little out of the way in a neighborhood but close enough to the airport.

Very clean lobby, elevator, room. The room was very nice and water pressure was excellent. In room amenities were excellent. Also I had a nice view from my window. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Location was great, many restaurants and a market near by. Would stay again if I needed to travel to Sacramento in the future.

Pretty hotel. Front desk person who checked us in was probably the best I’ve ever seen…so friendly and genuinely happy.

Kids jumping around upstairs, but mine used to do the same no matter how hard I tried to keep them quiet, so I guess karma for us haha.
