The room was spacious and clean, amenities were as expected. The TV worked effortless and the wifi was good and fast. We've had a quiet night and slept well. The young gentleman at the desk when checking out was very polite and helpful, and also the lady at the breakfast-hall was incredibly kind and friendly (especially to our kids). Breakfast was amazing and extensive and had everything you could ask for. If you are travelling north/north-west from Denver it's ideally situated near the interstate 25 and the Rocky Mountains.

The lady at the desk when checking in was a bit blunt and demanded identification before to be willing to answer any questions (I wasn't even allowed to take a luggage trolley to get the luggage out of the rain before showing ID). One would expect a bit more hospitality being so weary after having been on a 10 hour flight. The surroundings of the hotel aren't particularly nice or remarkable and contain only other hotels and fast food chains, although St. Vrain State Park is across the street.

Clean room, friendly staff, and quiet building. Housekeeping did a great job, breakfast was great, and the parking lot is easy to navigate. This was my second time staying at this location and I was just as impressed as last time.

The magnetic strips on our room cards kept breaking, so we had to visit the front desk several times to ask for new cards. Best Western needs to invest in better equipment for their staff, so that way guests don't have to bother them for a new room key.

Location is good for trips to Longmont, Mead and Berthoud. I-25 is nearby and so are gas stations and fast food places to eat.

The beds were not comfortable and hotel is outdated. If they replaced a few lamps in rooms with lamps that have usb outlets it would be helpful when needing to charge devices. Would also be nice if towels were larger in bathrooms.

It was a very busy weekend, but the staff never seemed harried or frustrated. They were always friendly and helpful, from the front desk staff to the room attendants.

We requested a handicap accessible room, but only got a regular room. It wasn't impossible, but it was a tricky maneuver with a wheelchair.

Convenient to I 25 and convenient to places around it that we went to.

Wish there were more nondairy alternatives for breakfast

I travel to Colorado often and this hotel is always clean, the staff very patient and friendly. I did try another hotel the time before this current visit and was sorry I did. This Best Western is my top choice!

The staff was very friendly and he property was clean and smelled good.

The hot tub seemed to have a lot of cleaning solution in it causing dry itchy skin

They're prompting their visits type of aspects of the doing what they did as far as. I'm a very on time I'm very punctual of month ever doing.

We did this as a present for newlyweds. The spent their wedding night here. The staff was fantastic and allowed for a late release time too. Allowed us to do a little decorating in the room too.

The room and the facilities were clean. Disappointed that the pool and whirlpool were not working. Breakfast was very good. The staff was very accommodating.

The whirlpool in swimming pool or shut down by the fire department do to sprinklers not working as what I was told.
