After reading the low reviews I had concerns, however it was better then expected. The hotel was clean, breakfast was good and area was clean. The pool area had towels, which was a complaint of many people.

The front desk staff were so-so. I asked for bedding because we would be using the sofa bed. I got told to contact the front desk, which was exactly what I was doing. I tried the text line and asked for the bedding and got 1 response of someone would contact soon and then never got another text. Ended up going back to front desk and it was different staff and was immediately given the bedding.

This was an amazing experience!!! The staff was the most friendly and helpful I've had at any hotel. Every person was kind. We never had a single person act rude or abrupt with us. They were always willing to help us with a smile. It was a phenomenal time and I will stay at this hotel every time I'm in Bismarck for an event or just for fun.

Our first night, the hot tub wasn't working.They had someone come in the next day and fix it before the pool opened again. So it wasn't a true negative.

The location was good, the staff was amazing. You can tell they are starting to update rooms and the facilities, but still not the cleanest place. BUT they took care of all our needs and the kids loved the pool! Only real issue was they need more chairs and towels in the pool area.

We just struggled with the cleanliness of our bathroom and the trash cans were so disgusting! But overall we would stay again!

That it was close to all the businesses. Availability.

That the staff kept knocking on our door around 7:30-8:00 am so that they could clean our room. When I opened the door and told them that we weren't ready to check out, they came and knocked on our door a half hour later. It felt like they were trying to get us out as soon as possible. Made us feel rushed to get out.

The room was as we expected with good size. The breakfast was good, with decent choices.

Places to hang hand towels was lacking. Our room was right above the breakfast area and the 'beeping' of the waffle maker was somewhat annoying when we were trying to sleep.

The kids loved the large water slide and I was thankful for the breakfast choices.

There was only one person checking guests in and a long line was forming. We waited about 30 min to check in. The pool floor is extremely slippery and they did have a few mats down.

The pool with 150’ water slide was a hit. Hotel was walking distance to many places to eat. Short drive to all the attractions in the city

Loved the fruit water, smelled like chocolate chip cookies coming in, very homey, room large, clean sheets. Awesome breakfast! Only one other place had more selections

Paid for extra pass. Nice to have it good all day

Kamar was great, he saw multiple guests that arrived later and were hoping to use the pool and offered to keep it open an extra 30min. Breakfast was very good and felt homemade - great job

Just the cost. Luckily we got it cheaper through booking.com but still paid $140 which is crazy

Pool, comfortable beds. Breakfast okay.

Try some different breakfast options (all same during 3 day visit) Disappointing as I signed up for "suite" online with Booking.com. When we arrived at hotel, were given "handicapped" room 😞
