This was an amazing experience!!! The staff was the most friendly and helpful I've had at any hotel. Every person was kind. We never had a single person act rude or abrupt with us. They were always willing to help us with a smile. It was a phenomenal time and I will stay at this hotel every time I'm in Bismarck for an event or just for fun.

Our first night, the hot tub wasn't working.They had someone come in the next day and fix it before the pool opened again. So it wasn't a true negative.

The location was good, the staff was amazing. You can tell they are starting to update rooms and the facilities, but still not the cleanest place. BUT they took care of all our needs and the kids loved the pool! Only real issue was they need more chairs and towels in the pool area.

We just struggled with the cleanliness of our bathroom and the trash cans were so disgusting! But overall we would stay again!

Kamar was great, he saw multiple guests that arrived later and were hoping to use the pool and offered to keep it open an extra 30min. Breakfast was very good and felt homemade - great job

Just the cost. Luckily we got it cheaper through booking.com but still paid $140 which is crazy

Try some different breakfast options (all same during 3 day visit) Disappointing as I signed up for "suite" online with Booking.com. When we arrived at hotel, were given "handicapped" room 😞

The breakfast was good and the service was excellent. The pool was well maintained. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

We were on the 2nd floor and could hear people walking in the room above us during the night. We had a big group and we were not able to easily get together as the hotel was very busy.

Nice big room. family went to the pool and they really enjoyed that time.

the coffee pot in room 226 was missing a hose so coffee wasn’t made in room, plus there was an old coffee pod setting in it. I really don’t like having to clean the coffee pot before I try to use it, I have to do that at home. the shower was shooting more water out of the faucet rather than the shower head. other than that all was good.

Clean and convenient location.

The person at the front desk was away doing other duties for quite awhile and didn’t hear the bell I was pressing for quite a few times while myself and another person were waiting for assistance.

Location is excellent. The room was spacious with very good lighting. Lots of access to charge devices. Good breakfast buffet. Cookies in the afternoon. Large pool with 150 ft slide.

Of all the hotels we’ve stayed at over our holiday this had the best breakfast and had multiple staff members restocking it. Clean, well maintained facility.

Floors are pretty thin so request to stay on the top floor unless you want to hear every step your upstairs neighbour takes

The manager of this place is top notch!! The continental breakfast is excellent. The pool area is nice and confined, which makes it easy to watch your kiddos. The rooms were clean and spacious.

We use to be able to use a balcony in the pool area for birthday parties. There evidently is a safety concern, as they would not let us use it. This made it a bit difficult catering food and beverages.
