They wouldn’t credit the night before’s reservation since I went to the wrong Super 8 and didn’t realize it until the evening before, then called and cancelled but I still got charged for a room I didn’t use. Stayed there anyway the next night. No luck the next morning with the manager. Great room though.

See above, the manager could’ve credited the room, and I’d called the previous night but I won’t book Wyndham through booking.com again and will use their app from now on. Seems ridiculous that they use the fact that the room reservation was made through booking.com as an excuse for not cancelled the reservation and I also called booking.com and they said it was up to the manager there ate the hotel. Bad experience for sure and it has happened before and since at the Drury Horel in Cleveland.

Bed was super comfortable, room is nice and clean, there is a microwave, coffee maker, and fridge. (Wasn't anything wrong with my shower, had perfect pressure.) Good lighting, staff knocks on door everyday to see if you need anything and provides it promptly, sheets and pillow cases were clean, cool and crispy. Air conditioner worked great, eating table and chairs in each room. There's a washer and dryer in lobby if you need it as well as snack and soda machine's. McDonald's right across the street, Thornton's a block and a half away. Good value for price.

Windows are filthy, could hardly see outside, TV on the small side.

Nothing really about the property.. but the vending machines didn’t work.. it was try your luck and you may get your item but we will keep your money. If your going to have a non working vending machine at least refund money or get a vending machine that works..

Angelica was wonderful at the desk. She made us feel welcome. It was good to see a smiling face each time we left and returned. We hope she is there next time we visit.

The hot water took 5 minutes twice to get hot. We were in room 311, and there is an indent in the carpet/floor at the end of the window bed that needs to be looked at. Thank you.

The girl that worked up front was awesome. She was funny, knowledgeable and welcoming.

That our neighbor was very odd acting...standing there staring at us when we arrived. This happened a couple of different times. Later that night my husband went outside to smoke and the same neighbors were sitting out in the hallway clipping their toenails. The next morning we were going to let the front office know, but as we were leaving...the same neighbors were cleaning the rooms.

Everything. It was nice & comfy; breakfast is very good; coffee & tea is available around the clock; & it’s quiet for the most part here. Got plenty of rest & sleep as well as taking care of personal business.

The Heating unit is a little loud & drowns-out the TV volume when its running.

Loved the location and how fast you could get onto 55 to chicago also loved the McDonald’s next door

Cleaning could use some work small things like dust and hair

The smell it just always has this odd odor which I believe is coming from the carpets they should consider new carpets or hardwood floors.

It was quiet.
