Grandson loved the breakfast; the pool was wonderful; the inside was modern and updated. The staff are great.

The outside is very dull looking. The color is horrible and doesn't match the inside upgraded aesthetics. I recommend painting the outside buildings so that it is brighter. It looks like Best Western brought a former motel and upgraded inside rooms but not the outside of the building. It looks old, and dingy although the grounds were very clean.

Very informative, respectful man assisted my check in. Air conditioning worked great in 95 degree weather. Really impressive breakfast sanitation! Individually wrapped cups and food items, the pancake machine and cutlery dispenser where you alone touch the utensils. Hot food and nice variety also.

No elevator, so the travelers have to carry their luggage up and down stairs TV did not work but a very nice gentleman employee appeared and fixed in in 10 minutes.

The staff is A+++! Very comfortable, quiet, and the room was very clean, smelled really nice! My compliments to the team there, they are very nice 👍🏼 😀

Change the breakfast menu from the usual eggs, sausage and potatoes. Suggest grits, to be added. Also, add raisin brand ceral... 😋

Clean rooms and good breakfast. I like the value of Best Western and how close it is to the base.

The drain in the tub is very slow to drain this leaving my feat in about 3 inches of water.

Included breakfast was excellent, everything was fresh and hot. Every breakfast item was available and refilled. Best part was the employee working the breakfast area. This gentleman was courteous, super helpful and genuinely good at his job. Made our stay much better.

Location is noisy and there is a slight smoke smell from upstairs smoking rooms

Lobby was nice. Pool looked clean. Staff was very friendly. Room was good temperature. Bed was comfortable.

Lightning in room was dim, floor in room left feet dirty, iron leaked, baseboard by bathroom rotten and detached, ran out of tissues and TP, and TV reception was terrible.

Staff was courteous, kind , great having a hot breakfast, food and food choices were very good . Rooms were comfortable and clear. Room had nice Refreshing clean smell. Beds very comfortable I enjoyed a nice quite relaxing night

Our room was super clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable as well. The AC wasn’t cold enough for us, but we dealt with it and didn’t complain. The location is perfect for people that love the Annapolis area.

Really nothing

The room is neat and clean. Everything is properly placed. Bed is good. Breakfast is also good and they provide to go also. Front desk is responding properly and listening. Must recommend this place to stay in Annapolis.

The check in staff was friendly, welcoming and very helpful. The room was very clean, the bathroom had recently been remodeled and was sparkling clean. Breakfast was better than I had expected. Kudos to the staff who manage the buffet, they did a great job!

The only negative about our stay is that floor appears to have been redone and it wasn’t 100% flat. It made me feel unstable on my feet.
