My room was exceptionally nicely decorated, clean, and well-designed layout. All relatively new. No issues at all with exterior noise. Good TV selections thought Disney was missing because of some dispute mentioned on the screen for missing program channels. I did not miss Disney, but families might. Felt secure throughout stay.

Exterior curtain liners were torn in several rooms as seen from the parking lot. Not being able to get a statement with the actual amount I paid broken down by room and taxes. Bookings made up some non-accurate email address for me that for the transaction, nonetheless I actually got email at correct address. This website shows a Romanian flag by my name. I am US citizen from US.

Front desk staff was very friendly and efficient. The lobby was clean and inviting. The room was perfect. Very clean and comfortable and the shower was fantastic!! It even had a little foot thing so you can shave your legs! You NEVER see that in hotels! It’s such a nice feature. I have family in the area so I will absolutely make this our go to hotel from now on.

Room was updated and clean. The hot breakfast was very good we enjoyed it each morning. The young lady did a great job keeping things stocked and cleaned.

The only thing I can complain about is the strong air freshener when you walk in it hits you and throughout the hallways.

Beds, breakfast and staff were very good.

The property is tired. Window blinds in poor condition. Had to request soap, Kleenex etc. for our room both times we stayed. The first night we reserved on line and the rate was in the $80'S. the second night we reserved at your hotel and the best rate you would give us was $130. The hotel was not full. Our next trip to Kent we will make alternate accommodation arrangements.

Clean room, with extra towels. Accommodating for breakfast option, we out if the way to get me something for a medically restricted diet.

The ice was not as good on the 3rd floor as it was by the front desk.

The breakfast was perfect hot and very tasty

I was at an end room where the smoking door was out at where people go in and out of the door and all night long I really didn't get good sleep because people were smoking all night long and that door slammed all night long if it wasn't for that I would have had a perfect stay

Staff was very friendly and helpful and happily answered any questions. The breakfast was filling and the waffles fluffy and delicious.

Probably best part was the breakfast was better than average offered in our stays across country. It was expansive and well laid out.

Mattress was beyond its life and the bathroom floor needed a good scrub.

The location and staff were great, the breakfast offered a good variety of items.

The blinds in our room were not functional. They were down 3/4 of of the window and I was unable to close them fully at night or open them in the morning. It was disappointing to have to cover the widow with random items and not be able to see much sunlight in the morning.

Satisfactory, but not the best I've ever had.

The mattress was not quite as comfortable as I have experienced at other Hampton Inns, but it was ok.
