Big room, comfortable, it even had a big table, i didn’t expected that. Is clean and the staff is absolutely friendly. My perfume “exploded” inside my bag because of the plane pressure, so it stained some of my clothes because the alcohol of the perfume took some paint from some clothes so automatically stained others. It was actually thankfully only two, anyway, my point is one of the staff members was super sweet about it, she offered me to wash the clothes for me and everything. Super nice. Great and famous hotel location for Twilight fans like me and my friend Denise, haha!

Its an old hotel, so if you expect it to be modern or renovated at all it won’t be, what it wasn’t a problem for me. I actually like it. It gives a more comfortable energy

Great staff. Everyone was friendly and kind. They recommended great dining options and were genuinely interested in our basketball tournament as the weekend progressed. Everyone was extremely accommodating with the insane amount of children we had in our large group. The breakfast was great. Lots of great options for everyone! We were overall happy with our stay and would stay again.

The room smelled a little like pets. The hottub had a broken jet. The upstairs neighbors were very loud. One of the beds had springs poking through. The room lighting wasn't great.

Occupancy was low so it made for a quiet relaxing night . Room was comfy with all the amenities as advertised. Breakfast was bomb.... Mini chicken fried steaks and gravy yummy. The receptionist was totally cool she recognized me from previous stay and waived the deposit.....

Everything was good except No ocean view

Not the hotels issue, but we weren’t expecting to stay at this hotel, the booking service stated that this hotel was only 8.9 miles from Ridgefield amphitheater which is where my kids were at for a concert, so being the closet hotel with a pool for an amazing price was great. Come to find out we had to travel 37 miles away from where it said it was located. But it was worth the extra miles and in the opposite direction. We will definitely stay there again!

Location is good, it's set back a bit, so you don't hear the cars on the main road. The staff is very friendly providing a relaxed yet inviting Atmosphere.

I noticed a sign at the counter that stated if you stayed three nights or more a row you would receive a hundred-dollar gift certificate from Best Western. Tonight is my 4th or 5th night and I haven't received a gift certificate from Best Western

The hotel is really nice! Rooms are spacious and super clean. More than enough towels. Bed was super comfortable. Buffett breakfast was awesome! Staff was super nice and very helpful! Love the location! Close to everything! Will stay here again!

Great room, comfortable beds, and pillows. The pool was warm and wonderful. Breakfast was better than the most typical motel breakfast.

Low toilets and the TV needs to be mounted up higher. It's hard to watch the tv from the beds.

Helpful friendly staff. Room was comfy.

An elevator rather than stairs. Dragging heavy suitcases upstairs was difficult. One question on the registration form asked if we wanted housekeeping the next morning. Even though we marked no, they woke us up knocking on the door anyway.

We felt bad for the evening agent as she was alone at one of the busiest times with phone ringing; people at the counter. Give RACHEL a Pay Raise! She stayed calm and friendly! PLEASE have 2 agents in the evening! Our room key wouldn't work 90% of the time so we had to keep bothering the agent to get a new key.

It was a cute little hotel that was nestled a little bit away from the road, so quiet but still convenient. Staff were tremendous. I enjoyed the complimentary cookies and the fact there was a fridge and microwave in the room.

No real complaints. I do prefer the light switch for the washroom to be IN the washroom instead of outside (half to turn it on before you close the door).
