The staff was super polite anytime we interacted. I liked that we had a separate “living room” area to relax on the couch or eat at a table. Mini fridge and microwave in the rooms was so great for multiple day stay. The indoor pool was nice and my kids loved it. We were so close to everything in town and even walked to dinner one night. I’d come back and stay again.

Night one was rough trying to get comfortable and sleep in our bed, not sure if they were uncomfortable beds or if I’m just not used to sharing a smaller bed with my husband, so not really the hotels fault. Only thing that was kinda crappy was having super dirty feet walking around in the hotel room. Makes you feel kinda yucky. The hotel didn’t feel dirty or gross until you would look at your feet. You could shower and 10 minutes later your feet are black.

The fact they had a inside and outside pool and hot tub.

Location was great. Staff was kind. They were confused when I told them nicely without wanting anything about something being “wrong” so they could fix it for the next person. The room was clean, quiet and had plenty of space. We had the “breakfast” on our check out date — it was a good selection but we just opted for the waffles. For the cost this was a fair deal. I’d stay again.

The property could use some refreshing. But we needed a bed and a roof. It was adequate.

The breakfast was good. The staff was good.. The room was clean. It had a small kitchenette which I liked. I loved the set up of the room with the bath between the rooms. It accomdates a family well with this setup. It seemed large and the family could spread out and having the bath between the rooms even gave extra space for changing clothes ect. Walking out the door to the pool was awesome. Both pools were nice in and outdoor. I liked the balcony as well. It has a lot of accodations

Izz Just didn't like the beds. I slept in the queen bed alone a couple of nights and the hide a bed one night and both were lumpy and bumpy. Ugh. The hide a bed mattress was too thin. No sleep not good.

This is my go-to hotel 4 times a year for awhile now. Stayed here dozens of times.An older property, but for price, location and room size, you can't beat it! The breakfast is always good with a good assortment of foods. 👍😀👍

Super close the Soaky Mountain/the beginning of the strip. Lay out of the room was perfect. Sitting room by door with the bathroom in the middle and the beds in the back. It kept the bedroom extra dark, quiet and cold. Loved the indoor and outdoor pool

Little parking. We were on the first floor and got back a little late with two sleeping kids. We had to park across the lot because the spots in front of our room were taken but that's not exactly the hotels fault. We found a slug in our bath tub and had wet floors in the sitting room.

Rooms are very big which makes it comfortable and cozy, excellent location

The 35( plus tax, which makes it around 38 a night pet fee is crazy expensive especially when a lot of motels offer no pet fee, I paid about 150 for pet fees on this trip) I love the motel and location( only place I’ve stayed in the last 5 years of trips over here but it’s rough having to pay that

We have stayed many times over the years….I love the suite aspect of the place….

The price jumped quite a bit for the pet fee….the food was something we used to love….this trip….not sure what happened…..but the breakfast was not nearly as good as it has been in the past….we skipped the 2nd day breakfast….

We loved that we were close to the pool, and you couldn't hear all the commotion of people in it!

The floor did seem really wet in our room. Being inside the pool room they definitely need a dehumidifier of some sort. It also smelled pretty bad. The pool could also use a good cleaning, they went HEAVY on the chlorine.

One of the beds were lower enough for my wife to get into she has alot of health issues. The room was clean, pool and hot tub were clean. Overall the stay was great.

We've been staying here for the last 4 or 5 years, every Christmas. After 3 nights, I decided to get our room for another night, extend the family's vacation. Keep in mind, this is a 2 star hotel and the extra night was in the middle of the week. They charged me 163 dollars for a Tuesday night. We love the hotel, but that's alot for one night.
