Everything but most of all front desk worker Cassie!! She was so sweet, accommodating, knowledgeable, went above and beyond to make sure our stay was wonderful…. And it was because of her!! She definitely should get a raise or a management position! We will becoming back just BECAUSE OF HER!!!!

The only thing that was unpleasant was the horrendous smell of something like a septic issue when you walk in and all around check in… it was enough to knock you over!!!! But Cassie was constantly spraying disinfectant to help mask the smell!!!

The bed was very comfortable and that is saying a lot because I have joint issues. All the staff was friendly and welcoming. No issue with making room temperature comfortable. We all enjoyed the salt water pool but wish the water features had not been turned off (we were told that Amarillo was requiring a new annual $1000 permit for the waterfall and fountain streams; we missed them). The pool temperature was better than most hotel pools. Looked very clean.

Breakfast was not as good as expected. For example, the toppings for the oatmeal were great but the oatmeal was runny. Our granddaughter was excited about having a waffle but then did not like it. The next day she opted for a chocolate muffin. It tasted bitter and was soggy. Headboards need to be replaced. We had to change rooms because the refrigerator did not work in the first room. The room we selected online was not cleaned on time so no digital key and we had to go a floor lower.

Very nice place to stay in Amarillo. Pool was incredible, room was massive, and everything was so clean and well-kept. If I had one criticism, it would be that, even though the room was listed as having a kitchenette, we had to ask at the front desk for an induction burner to cook food. Not a huge dealbreaker, but something to keep in mind if you stay.

The pool was great for the kids and adults alike. It is a salt water pool so a lot less irritating on the skin. The breakfast was tasty and had a good balance of both healthy and comfort foods. The staff was exceptionally friendly.

I liked how the staff were friendly, but they came across a bit sarcastic and if you are not able to receive sarcasm you may be put off. There was damage to the couch in our room by a cat that must have stayed in the room.

Always like the room size, configuration and appliances. The location was handy from the highway, easy to find.

We used the luggage cart but, the stylized concrete approach in front of the door shook the luggage off the cart. Plus, the door most accessible to us had to be held open with one hand while you tried to pull the luggage cart in with the other. When you add the airlock double doors you double your trouble.

The hotel is located on the west side of Amarillo near the shopping areas. At the same time, it is also near to the Cadillac Ranch and approximately 27 mins drive to Palo Duro Canyon. Good hotel to stay if you are visiting these two places. It is a very clean and well-maintained hotel. The check-in and check-out process is quite quick and efficient. The staff at the hotel is very friendly and provides good customer service. The rooms are quite large and suitable for an extended stay person. The room has a half kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and a coffee machine. The kitchen also has a small sink to wash dishes. There is a separate sitting area and table for you to work on. The bed and the sitting area can be separated by a curtain that you can open and close. The bed is comfortable and cozy. The room is also very clean. The hotel also serves a good breakfast with a variety of options to choose from. Overall good clean hotel to stay at. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the attractions in Amarillo.

The AC was a little too loud and it can cause an issue for anyone who wakes up easily due to a slight noise. The other thing that I did not like is that the bed post back rest was a little worn out. It was peeling off. The last thing I did not like is that you can hear the noise from people that are above your room and in the hallways.

The room was good. Clean, well furnished and nice. We love Home2Suites, as they are usually all predictable and we know what to expect. Not usually any unpleasant surprises. This one was very nice.

The breakfast was okay. They ran out of eggs and said they promised to bring more, but didn't during the 1/2 hour we were there. I didn't go and ask again, but I did check a few times, as I really wanted eggs.

The room: spacious completed with sofa, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, utensils etc

The receptionist: we checked in around 7:30pm not sure whether she was tired or what, the way she handled customer she was not friendly

Huge room with king bed plus sofa bed with pull-out curtain divider between them. Full size refrigerator and microwave and stove with pots and pans and plates and utensils. This was an accessible room and one of the best I have seen. I didnt need it but would have loved it when traveling with my mother. The staff was very friendly and gave me a sack breakfast since I had to leave early.

Price was high. A nightlight in the bathroom would be nice.

Location was great. I have an electric car, so proximity to the Tesla chargers was a great plus (and should be listed in amenities!).

Sheets on the bed were too thin--I was tangled up in them all night and fighting to get the top sheet to stay in place. Additionally, the top cover was heavy and kept sliding off the bed. I'm not usually a fussy person about bedding, but this set up was pretty annoying!
