the Breakfast was wonderful and the area was very clean, the rooms were spacious and clean

the front desk clerk was very rude not just once or twice but three times me or my family ask her a question she was snappy and smart and very rude, i also talked to other people who traveled with me and they said the same thing She wouldn't even talk to me when i ask her about breakfast she just looked at me like i was stupid and pointed at a sign across the room the indoor pool was ice cold the whole wrestling team had to stay in the hot tub and couldn't use the pool so thats somting they should avertise on the website or tell you when you call to make reservations because thats one of the reasons we picked this hotel is for the team to be able to play and swim together.

Beautiful hotel in a good location near multiple stores (DG,foodlion, walmart, kroger). Breakfast was decent, plenty of options of cereal, muffins, eggs and bacon/sausage, waffle maker, oatmeals/grits, yogurt etc. I really enjoyed the hot tub and pool, although the pool was fairly cold for the season; It would be perfect for a hot day. Had spa tub in my room, which was very enjoyable- water was super hot. Staff was friendly and welcoming! would definitely stay again!

The room was so nice and comfortable. I had a very stressful trip/day, and the hot tub was superb for easing the stress. The breakfast was very satisfying and much appreciated!

We were on the highway side of the hotel, and the traffic was right outside our window. I'm not used to that much noise, so we didn't sleep very well. But the room was so nice and comfortable. Made it easy to relax. Even though the pool was inside, it was freezing, so again, I was so glad for the spa!

The area was nice. Lots of stuff to do and the view was beautiful.

The rude people and their kids in the hot tube area. They were drinking and not caring how their children acted. They were throwing towels on ventilation system and screaming, blaming noodles on water and floor. Kept knocking into me and my husband and not apologizing. Other than that the hotel was great. Not hotels fault just rude people. Thank you

The staff very nice. Helped us with thermostat issue. She also accommodated us with extra blankets for the bed. I wish I could remember her name but did make note of it next morning with manager at the desk. Also my wife left her mirror in the bathroom which was not realized till we got home. Simple phone call next morning and it was at the front desk and was able to get picked up.

The indoor pool could have been a little warmer. Just a personal wish I guess

The indoor pool area was the only thing that was a little old or not in as nice condition as I expected or desired. Peeling paint and just some dirty or old looking spots, but it was clean enough and nice enough that we did swim and had a good time. Just could be improved. Everything else was great.

The pool was closed by 10pm which i think was ridiculous for a weekend. Most places we stay at its open till midnight on Friday and Saturday. We were only there one night. Price was a bit more then other places and only reason we chose this hotel was for the pool that we didn't get to use.

Nice spacious room! Very clean! Close to food and grocery. Safe area.

The pool was FREEZING! Like titanic iceberg freezing! The hot tub was cozy though. Front desk said she was telling people it was broken, but she didn’t tell us and several others that came in with children to swim. The AC was struggling to cool down the room.

Good location close to convenience stores, restaurants and the highway. Staff was great, hotel was clean and quiet.

We were really bummed that the pool was not heated!! Apparently the heater is broken, but was still a bummer. We enjoyed the hot tub and kids braved the pool.

We didn’t realize that the pet fee would cost an extra $54.00. If we hadn’t already booked and paid in advance, I would have cancelled the complete reservation. The previous Comfort Suites we stayed at only charged $10.00.
