The lunch I had inside the room was perfectly presented and the food tastes nice.

The first room (rm5517) they gave me wreaks of efficascent oil and it triggered my sinusitis and I got sick. I made a complain the following day and they changed my room to 8817. But next time I'll ask for a floor with no kids as this kids where like screaming in the hallway everytime

The room is cozy and the bed is comfortable.

Included breakfast was of poor quality. The buffet at Hyatt Regency was limited with choices and hardly replenished. The restaurant offering a la carte menu only allowed to order one dish of food and one drink only! Better to dine outside!

It's an older property and the rooms did not have auto bidet washlets or toilets. I would think these should be the standard now for Japanese brand or themed high end hotels. I found this mildly disappointing.

The staff is amazing, the location is wonderful, and the food is out of this world. My fiancé and I came for my birthday and they upgraded us to the SUITE for free. It was incredible! 2 rooms, a soaking bath, multiple bathrooms, all inclusive mini bar, and those fun Japenese toilets with all the buttons. and and and a birthday cake delivered to our suite! (thank you so much for the upgrade Kat) We have our omakase dinner in Nobu and lunch at Hidemasa! This is how you get a customer for life. Nobu will take care of you for 1 night, so you will come back for trip 2.. 3.. and so on. Excellent customer service is shy from what I experienced on this property. You are not booking a room but an experience! Will most definitely, be back. Thank you Kat and Allysa for the personalized experience!

The garden and pool, the children love it including the buffett breakfast at Hyatt which I didn't know we can cross over until after I asked the staff at the restaurant by the pool.

The food at new wave restaurant next to the pool needs to improve its seasoning and the portion is too small. Also, the premiere room I booked with pool view didn't really met my expectations after paying almost 700US for 2 nights.

Wonderful place to stay in Manila. Extremly helpfull staff with options to check out a little later(1pm) and use of the Spa facilities, while my plane home was in the evening.....so I could spend some time in the gym, in the pool, in the pool cafe, which offers good coffee and nice salats. Best place to be, before going back to Europe. Very safe, lots of checks outside, but always extremly friendly. Breakfast was rich and has a wide selection of all what you need. Will be back some day!

Everything was perfectly fine at our stay here. We definitely recommend this hotel, a 10 out of 10!! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They will help you with all you need and more! We even got a free upgrade and late checkout because our flight back home was late at night. Rooms are big and clean, roomservice was excellent. The pool is big and great to swim in. Also, don’t miss the restaurant!! Their food is the best we’ve had in the Philippines.

Good breakfast, near SM MOA and airport.

The bathtub drain was not completely sealed, so you had to refill water when taking a bath. Miss the shuttle to SM MOA.

New rooms; clean washroom; lots of restaurants in hotel; close to airport. Beds were comfortable. Complimentary soft drinks in fridge. Good collection of coffee pods. Prompt delivery of bags after check in

It’s very close to the airport. Some workers were friendly some weren’t.

When we were at the poolside bar the waiter took away our drinks without asking. Even throw away my souvenir without asked. But at the end they found my things back and give a new drinks.
