Everything was amazing from the beginning. Location is superb. Staff is very sincere and heartwarming. Concierge services were superb. Lots of gratitudes to Ali, especially.

To be honest, there is not one single bit that I didn’t like about the property.

Breakfast, location of the hotel and cleanliness. The staff is very polite and every time want to help you. For sure, on our next holiday in Paris we will choose the same hotel.

I’m a huge fan of hotels and have worked in hospitality and travel in Dubai for more than 14 years. This hotel is absolutely the best place I have ever experienced! The staff were outstanding, the room was phenomenal - a huge rose gold fridge that was filled daily with culinary treats from Fauchon. For my birthday they sent incredible desserts and their own branded champagne to the room, decorated with balloons and a message scrawled in pink on the mirror. Incredible! Beds were so comfy. A large tea box containing 10 different types of teas… their own shower gel with a gourmand scent…fuschia pink everywhere, from the leatherette door hanger to the the slippers. Just exquisite attention to detail! Location is perfection, in a beautiful, elegant part of the 8th arr. An outstanding stay!

The facilities are amazing, the room was spacious and the king sized bed was very comfortable. On top of that the staff is the most welcoming I've encountered and they made that stay unforgettable..

The saff were kind and supportive , and the location is very centralised and close to many good restaurants and shopping areas . Choices of snacks in the room are amazing!

1 or 2 staff at the reception desk were not very helpful. I asked one about a restaurant with a view, and he said you can Google it. While we have asked Ms Sandra the following day and she gave us very nice options. They all need to be trained to be at the same level of hospitality and professionalism. The mirrors in the room are not friendly to use as they are located in awkward positions. The space of the room is nice but not smartly utilised.

we had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! The service was exceptional from start to finish, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The macrons and welcoming drinks were a lovely touch, adding a special Parisian flair to the experience. I’ve already recommended this place to friends who are planning trips to Paris, and I’ll definitely be back myself. Can’t wait for the next visit! Highly recommend!
