Super comfortable beds and pillows, the first was not too hard and the second was very fluffy. A bit warm in the room but there was air conditioning. Very quiet facing the courtyard which meant we could have the windows open at night. Cleaned to perfection and nice updated interior. Staff was very attentive and service-minded! Love the area as well which is a bit away from the tourist areas, close to a lot of restaurants, shops, parks and also metro station nearby. 10-15 minute walk to Gare St Lazare and 20 min walk to Montmatre. I really liked this hotel and would stay again! Didn’t have the breakfast so can’t say anything about that. They offered free coffee all day from a coffee machine.

Room was quite small so not a lot of space for an open suitcase, but I solved it by putting my clothes in the closet since we were there for three nights. Our room didn’t have a place to hang up clothes though. That was a minus. But a plus that the staff immediately supplied us with hangers.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. breakfast was ok, and the neighborhood was safe for walking to the nearest restaurants. The hotel was 10 minutes' walk to the tour bus location and within walking distance of several options for food. We booked a family room and it was excellent with connected doors so we could keep an eye on the kids

there was noise from the room above late into the night. the ceiling appears to transmit a sound easily from pressure on the floor above. unlike me, my wife found it hard to sleep with all the noise

I recently enjoyed staying at this wonderful hotel, and the service was exceptional. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a fantastic Lebanese receptionist who made me feel incredibly welcome. He went above and beyond by offering me a choice between two rooms, ensuring I was delighted with my accommodation. The room service was impeccable—polite, and efficient, and the room itself was spotless. Although my luggage didn't arrive on the first day, the hotel staff handled the situation perfectly. As soon as my luggage was received, they promptly called me, showing great consideration and kindness. The hotel's location was excellent, offering easy access to local attractions. I had a stunning view of the Eiffel Tower from my room, which added a special touch to my stay. Overall, my stay was made memorable by the outstanding service, attentive staff, and beautiful views. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant experience.

Very comfortable room in a great location, only a few minutes from Rome metro. The local neighbourhood also has great restaurants. The staff were lovely and offered a coffee when we dropped our bags. Breakfast is good.

You could sometimes hear the trains but not enough to be unpleasant. No other issues.

Room good size for Paris and good size shower. Thick mattresses. Darkening curtains. Double, double glazing so no noise from the road. Staff helpful. Help yourself to water, tea, coffee including lattes downstairs.

Bed linen made for double not single bed, so sheet not able to tuck in so wrinkled up each time I moved. No gap between twin beds. Quite expensive for room and breakfast although good costs 20 euro and no option for cheaper smaller meal. No restaurant, food brought in from next door and pricey.

Comfortable hotel in a great location. Room was so quiet and the beds had mattress toppers so were incredibly comfortable. Slept like a log after long days sightseeing. Staff were all so friendly

We had paid a deposit of one night's stay before going but still had to pay the full amount when we arrived. The deposit didn't get refunded until after we checked out. That's a lot of money on a short city break and I have never had that experience before. It should be made clearer in advance

Great hotel, loved the style and decor. All areas and rooms were clean and well maintained. All staff were friendly and helpful. It was the little touches that really enhanced our stay; a personalised note and some chocolates in the room (it was a birthday present for my Niece's 21st), we arrived early and they rearranged rooms so we could check in straight away, and then being offered a cup of coffee when we went back to collect our bags a few hours after checking out. Would definitely recommend and stay here again. Thank you 😊

Good location, walking distance to the main attractions yet also very well connected via public transport. Vibrant area. Nice hotel, nice rooms and lovely service

I am aware this is the standard in Paris but there is no space for two people to walk in these rooms, preferably go solo. Also no hanger/ closet space, lots of space for folded clothes but really needed to hang shirts, no rod or hangers built into the room.

The hotel is in a great location - very close to the metro stations. While it is far from CDG airport, it is only 20 minutes on the train from Gare Du Nord on the station. We were only a few metro stops away from most of the popular tourist attractions. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful; they went above and beyond to make our stay easier. I had special requests and the hotel took these into consideration when assigning my room. The room is a decent size with nice decor and I would definitely stay here again.

There is only one lift available so you often are waiting around for the lift which is annoying if you are staying on a higher floor.

Excellent hotel. Good location. Near the hotel there are many restaurants and cafes, there are also supermarkets, clothes, perfumery. Their service is amazing. Excellent level of cleanliness. Also close to public transportation. Half an hour on foot to the Arc de Triomphe, fifteen minutes to the Montmartre district. The service is one of the best we have seen in the world. The bed is very comfortable. Everything was good.
