Very nicely designed hotel. Locates in one of the best areas of Paris, even though not really close to most of touristic locations, it’s a quite safe, prestige neighborhood with lots of nice places around and metro not so far away. The hotel is clean and comfortable.

The staff is not rude, nor nice, very indifferent. For this level of hotel you would expect more things for the comfort of stay. No robe or slippers, combined shower gel and shampoo 👎🏼, no conditioner, no body lotion. Also would be handy to have a bottle opener in the minibar.

Clean room with all the usual amenities, coffee maker, TV, hairdryer. AC. Staff were amazing. Very helpful. Spoke English, which was great for a dummy like me who knew very little French. Metro stations nearby. Major attractions 20 minute walk. Restaurants 5 minute walk. Quiet area.

Beds mattresses are soft and need to be replaced.

I loved the complimentary syrup for your water, ice and candy. I love sweets so I thought that was a good touch. I didn’t realize it was 4 star when I booked it and loved this boutique hotel!

The only con was the bed was a little worn out and sunk in the middle but the room itself was fabulous! The area is great as well, very safe, and decent distance from Arc de triomphe as well. I’ll miss this place

Super friendly staff, very helpful. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice. The room was a little bit small but still very cozy. Very clean.

The location was a little far to walk so we had to metro to most places. There was a nearby metro stop, which was nice, but the location is not ideal for someone who wants to be within walking distance of the main center. Personally wasn't an issue but a note for others. Also, there are not many places for food nearby, so a walk or metro is necessary to find food.

When we arrived at the hotel, we were well recieved by the staff. One staff member was very enthusiastic and funny. He told us about a few places in Paris we did not know about before and wrote it down for us. Breakfast was very nicely done. The present staff was friendly. We were always excited to join breakfast due to the wide variety of consumptions such as; fresh bread, fruit and even eggs with bacon. I also liked the water-fountain in the lobby. We had room 25, it had the view we were hoping for. Decoration was on point and very stylish. The beds were nicely taken care off and felt comfortable after a long day of walking in Paris. I had no complaints about the bathroom, it was quite alright. Glad that there was a safe present in the closet. We made good use of it to store our personal items.

We booked a room with 2 separate beds, however this was not the case when we entered the room. So I told the staff about the misunderstanding and they agreed it was a mistake on their end. In return we got room 25. Our breakfast and access to the mini-fridge on the first day was now for free. This was a fine solution. Another matter which bothered us were the cards that are used to open the door of the room. In many instances they would not unlock the door, a member of the staff told us this could happen if the card made contact with other cards in your purse. This ultimately was not very efficient, I suggest that the hotel could try a different system or solve the current matter.

The room was clean and was decently located near a metro. The staff were friendly and helpful. We didn’t eat at the restaurant so cannot comment.

The elevator is very small, beware if you’re clusterphobic, there was no water provided in the rooms. The shower water kept leaking into the room.

I thought the hotel was lovely but it was a bit too far out of the city centre for me as I prefer to walk everywhere .

I felt the price was not very competitive with other similar properties that had a more central position but for me safety was my primary concern so it suited this being in a quiet residential area .

Great location. Nice, quaint hotel with homey feel. France was very helpful in accommodating my family with a larger room with a view. It was our first visit to Paris and he upgraded us to a larger room near the end of our stay. Paul and Nelson were kind as well.

Rooms were very dusty. Carpet could use an upgrade. Had to request new sheets due to stained/dingy appearance.

Loved the location the atmosphere and decoration. Staff was friendly and check in and check out was seamless.

There were several power outages in one day back to back which was annoying but its a sustainable hotel so it was understandable and wasnt super negative due to the positives

Charming, welcoming, unfussed and relaxing. Wonderful, helpful staff.

Mini bar - not a single item in it. Not even water Was too tired to call reception Had stuff with me anyway.
