This was such a sweet hotel located in the 7th arr. Less than a 10-minute walk to Le Bon Marche, choice of small supermarkets and many restaurants. I walked almost exclusively. Rodin Musuem is about 15 minutes and D'Orsay is about 25-minute walk. There is a great bus route less than 200 feet from hotel, number 86. A quite area despite it being a busy time of year. I didn't have the breakfast so I can't comment however, they offer a limited number of croissants in the afternoon for quests, and they are high quality! I found staff to be very pleasant and helpful. Bed was extremely comfortable. I stay in hotels about 45 days a year, so I can compare to other mattresses.

Perfect location: silent very good neighbourhood and easy to reach any city attractions, very clean, good use of the limited space, comfortable bed, great shower, good English at reception and very polite and helpful personnel.

Was a little challenging to get used to the tight inner staircase but was doable.

We were assigned a garden room on the first floor. Although it did not overlook the garden, the room was just a few steps away from the garden setting. The breakfast was plentiful with an assortment of eggs, meats, cheese, breads, yogurt and more, including perfect coffee! The room was a good size. However, anyone with mobility issues should note that there are no step in the showers; the shower is a combination with the bath, so the step in may be a little tricky, and the shower/bath is very narrow. Overall, we were delighted with the hotel. The location was terrific, just a few blocks to Le Bon Marché and plenty of restaurants, bakeries, and more.

The only hiccup was that our room did not face the garden, but it did not detract from our comfort; be clear in your reservation request if you prefer a room with a garden view.

Clean room, great bathroom but the room size was not that great. Location is quite, walking distance to subway and walking distance for many restaurants and shops, even to Eiffel tower or to Notre Dame

Limited space in the room, hotel was not that value for money, maybe this is general for Paris, even the hotel experience was great, for the similar daily room rate I had much better stays in London, Barcelona or Milano.

It was on a very cute street close to metro stops, room was very comfortable and staff was friendly even when speaking English. They also had 24 hour bag holding for our last day when we still wanted to explore but I had to check out before our train that evening.

Might have been user error - our AC did not work for the first night or two so that was a bit miserable since we were there during a heatwave. I understand most of Paris/Europe doesn’t use AC (or AirCon) but part of why we booked this place was that it did have it. Again, we might have been using it wrong bc the last night after we had the maids in it worked again.

The location is certainly the star at this property. It’s near everything and very safe. The staff is really nice. The room was new and very comfortable. Excellent size for a couple. It was very quiet. It’s nice to have a Nespresso machine in the room.

Housekeepers need improvement. I had to ask for towels, bath mat, change sheets. The towels were rough and small. Fridge wasn’t working properly, I had to ask for ice since there is no ice machine for guests. No streaming tv. No English channels either. Little amenities,

1. Great location - walking distance to most tourist attractions but still in a quiet local area, close to grocery store and cafes 2. Lovely room - we stayed in a cozy room that was perfect for two, one of the most comfortable beds we’ve had at a hotel, modern bathroom, dryer was nice, lots of outlets around the room, mini fridge was a great plus with the grocery store close by, safe was easy to use! 3. Wonderful staff - very attentive, professional, 24/7 help desk is great, helped us get a taxi to the airport at 4 am

Not a huge issue, but just know there is no conditioner in the shower (only body wash and shampoo). Also the TV has very limited channels and almost all of them are French. Wasn’t an issue for us since we didn’t want to watch TV while in Paris, but just a note for folks who might need that.

This is a lovely and clean hotel we stayed in a quadruple room which was 1 king bed and 2 single sofa beds. Friendly and helpful staff Close to Le Bon Marche and other shops.

The beds were comfy but only just for our 2 teenagers. And while the room would have been large with a bed and sofa for 2 people when used as beds there was nowhere to put our luggage at all they were stacked on top of each other. While in a good position it was a bit of a hike to the train station and there were only limited food options around.

This hotel is a 10/10. Location is perfect. I never took the métro/bus/tram; I walked everywhere as it is perfectly located. The staff are over the top friendly. The room was clean, larger for a European hotel, bathroom was beautiful and bed was very comfortable. The hotel is on a quieter street which I liked very much. If you want to treat yourself to a fancier stay, this hotel is for you.

Clean, comfortable room in nice quiet area. Particularly enjoyed walking around the area. Lovely staff - especially the west African gentleman on the night shift. Everything you need for a comfortable stay - Great shower pressure, good heating / AC system, comfy bed, amenities such as slippers

Surprised that I had to pay additional city tax (quoted at a higher rate than on booking.com) when I got to the hotel. Price comparative to other Paris properties at time of booking but felt it was pretty expensive.
