Location and proximity to the attractions we wanted to visit

Breakfast could have had a bit more variety- also our room window connected to adjacent room’s balcony which offered very little privacy

The room was small, with little storage. The location was quiet. The bed was very comfortable with good bedlinen. There was a very good shower. The Hotel was opposite the entrance to the Jardin des Plantes. Good Restaurants and Bakers shops very close. Short walk to Place Monge market, Rue Moufftard and Place de La Contrescarpe bars and restaurants. Jussieu and Place Monge Metro stations close by with access to right and left bank locations.

Nothing other than the size of the room. I was there for a week and it suited me fine.

Not so much the property but the reception staff were great. My wife became quite ill and in need of a doctor on a Sunday. Reception helped organise doctor visits leading to correct diagnosis and treatment. On the day we were checking out they allowed us a late check out as she was still unwell at no extra cost. They really helped us through a difficult situation.

Rooms are small but comfortable. There's a coffee machine available. Air conditioning was good, keeping the room always nice and cool. The bathroom was recently renovated and has a nice new shower. The hotel is right in front of a beautiful garden "Jardin des Plantes", perfect for walks and picnics. Metro station is a minute away by walking. Breakfast, despite simple, had everything you need to start the day and is good value for the money.

There's no minibar for your water bottles and groceries. The elevator does not fit 2 people with baggage, so you have to carry your stuff up the very narrow stairs. It's not that big of a deal, to be honest.

Didn't replace coffee pods after First day , so no way of having a hot drink on day second day

Stayed here for a week in October. We had requested two singled beds and they did their best to help with this after the first night. The first room was very small with only one bed. The next room was bigger with two single beds and our final night we had to move rooms again to a much larger room again with a small balcony. They moved us around so we could each have our own bed. It was annoying having to move rooms three times in a week but the hotel staff were trying to help us and we appreciated there assistance with this. It also gave us an opportunity to see the various rooms available in the hotel.

Nice quiet area opposite lovely gardens so location was good for us, even with cafes and restaurants on doorstep it wasn't noisy outside. Close enough for an easy walk to Pantheon and only a few hundred metres from metro, took us 15 mins from Gare Du Nord to hotel. Bathroom or room wasn't huge but I guess that's central Paris, but it was all very clean, bed was comfortable, free wifi. Staff offered for us to leave luggage on earlier check in and on checking out.

Breakfast was fine for the cost, but as its not a big hotel on some days if we came down a bit later choice was hit and miss. No extra cutlery or large spoons (only teaspoons!) so eating breakfast cereal took a while 😁. Luggage left with hotel when we arrived 2 hours early was great, but a secure room rather than a corridor would've led to us using this facility on checkout. Minor items to improve really.

We were greeted by a very friendly staff member whose English was flawless. The room was clean and spacious for being in the heart of Paris. I was traveling with a friend and we each had some space to set up our suitcases. Since we were there in the winter, it was so nice to take very hot showers at the end of a busy day. It's a very easy walk to the metro, a very good bakery and the river.

Not all of the staff was friendly, the towels were itty bitty and the blow dryer would not work if the room was warm which caused a lot of frustration. The bathroom is on the small side but that is to be expected in Paris.

Location was perfect, just a few minutes from a metro station and an amazing boulangerie across the road, only a 25min walk to Notre Dame and lots of other sights, 10/10 for the area. There was always a staff member at reception for anything you needed, they helped us with taxis to the airport and check in/out was quick and easy. The bed was really comfortable and the shower was great too!

The room could have been a bit cleaner as it was a little bit dusty, and there was what seemed to be a bit of a damp problem starting in the shower area. Would also note that the rooms are very small so not much space for belongings etc which wasn't too much of a problem as we weren't spending much time in the room anyway, but even some hooks on the back of the door or on the wall would help.

By mistake, I left my New York ID and cash in the safe in my room. I contacted the hotel when I arrived in New York. A staff member retrieved it for me and gave it to a French friend, as requisition. So add trust-worthiness to my good review. It's a small hotel in a great location near the University of Paris, so there are lots of inexpensive restaurants in the neighborhood. Hot shower. Comfortable bed. That's all I need. Yes, the rooms are small.

Nothing major. Pillows were a bit lumpy.
