Friendly,helpful staff. Room was found to be clean and quiet considering so close to the station and busy road outside. The size of the room about right for the city of Paris. A good range of products for breakfast, tasty and enjoyable. Location of the hotel just a five minute walk from the station Gare du Nord. Plenty of places to eat nearby to this hotel.

We booked this room last minute when our eurostar was cancelled and we needed two nights emergency accommodation. It was across the road from the Gare Du Nord so very convenient. Rooms were quiet and dark, beds were comfy and shower was great. Breakfast was also very good. We stayed over NYE and got complimentary champagne provided in the lobby and chocolates on check out. All in all we had a good stay.

The location was super convenient to the metro and train. The staff was extremely friendly! We loved our adjoining rooms as a family of four giving us ample space and two bathrooms which is super helpful. The rooms were well stocked and clean. Our kids loved the ping pong table and foosball table in the lobby. My kids also liked the complimentary hot chocolate from the coffee machine. It was also very quiet despite being in a happening part of town. Lovely place!

We did not get the breakfast since the cost was quite high for a family of four and there was a pastry place close by where we could get something for everyone for the price of one person at the hotel.

Exceptionally friendly and professional staff in the reception. Helpful and solution minded. We felt extremely welcome and were greeted with free hot drinks and given the room early. Very nice bathroom products (Nexus), super comfortable beds and good quality pillows, convenient with a boiler in the room, a nice variety of quality teas, a mini fridge, windows that we could open, wood floors, security in the elevator, nice entrance with gas fire place and soccer match on, possibility to choose music. Good breakfast variety with good quality mini croissants and pain au chocolat, fruit and baguette, several cheeses, a variety of eggs, pancakes (2 types). I forgot something in the room, it was found and put in reception to be collected. I chose the location because it was close to Gare du Nord. It was easy to find.

This location is quite close to both Gard du Nord and Gare de L'est. This is convenient for train travel, but unfortunately this area does not feel safe in the evening. Poverty, mental illness and people living in the street is around you all the time. Nothing happened to us, but I did not feel safe to go out on my own late at night or early in the morning. The coffee machine uses milk powder instead of real milk.

Hotel was in an excellent location, just a two minute walk from Gare du Nord station meaning all areas of Paris are easily accessible. Charles de Gaulle airport is roughly 35 minutes by train at a cost of €11.45. Tourist areas such as Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame, Montemarte are a short distance using the metro at a cost of €2.10. Hotel itself is lovely with all the facilities you need and very clean. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful and the reception desk is monitored 24 hours. There are facilities for making tea and coffee in the room but barista style coffee is available to all guests all day in the lobby at no extra cost. Breakfast was lovely and available until 10:30am. Not very busy which was nice but excellent variety at breakfast with something for everyone. Small details such as free tea and coffee in the lobby, newspapers daily, free tea, coffee and water in the room heighten the experience. Overall, excellent stay. Would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Paris.

The staff was exceptional. The staff that checked us in were fantastic. They were friendly and they offered us some great suggestions on off-the-beaten-path sites to see and where to eat. The Breakfast was fantastic. Loved that we could get coffee even tea and hot chocolate any time of day. Great Location close (walking distance) to Gare Du Nord and Gare l'Est train stations.

The first night there was something happening in the street that went on for almost half the night. Was a little worried it would happen for the rest of our stay but the next 2 nights that we stayed were pretty quiet.

This was our second visit to this hotel, the location, air condition room, buffet breakfast selection is excelent and with ever helpful 'Alim' in attendance looking after your every need, the start to each day is perfect. Location is just a few minutes' walk from Gare du Nord and Gare de L'est stations and even less to bus stops and metro. Hot drinks are available 24 hours in the lounge area and all-inclusive in the room price - excellent pick me up after a busy day. Rooms are air conditioned, quiet, and well maintained.

The only thing we didn't like was having to check out of the delightful hotel in order to return home.

The room was clean and comfortable.. The hotel was very close to Gare de Nord, and the subway entrance is across the street, making it a very good choice for transportation. We used the subway to get to our Hop On, Hop off bus connection. The breakfast buffet had a good assortment and was fairly priced.

There is nothing to not like about this hotel. I give it a 10/10. I read in the review that this area is sketchy, but my wife and I had no problems. The hotel is very secure with front staff. We just met entrepreneurs trying to sell stuff in front of the Gare. Other than that, they were great people.

It was located less than 8 minutes walk between Gare du Nord and Gare du L'est, and Magenta metro, perfect for our arrival and departure. We had a deluxe room with balcony, it claimed to be a terrace but it was a small balcony with 2 chairs and a table. Great for people watching at breakfast or evening. The room was a good size for Paris standards. It was the only hotel we stayed in during our 3 week journey that provided decent a/c, si could sleep. Reception staff were very helpful with directions, even coming out of the hotel to show exactly which route we should take. They also gave good recommendations.

Nothing really. It would be helpful if the prestay info mentioned that you need to take a lift or outdoor elevator to get from gare du l'est. It was tricky for us as there was a massive lightning storm, which made using both of those inadvisable. We had been in touch 2 hours earlier, due to train delays, they might've advised us then.

Great facilities, Loved the downstairs space and garden area to look out on. Very clean. Fabulous breakfast. Coffee machine was a nice touch (just didn't realise we could use it).

The receptionist on duty when we arrived could have made more of an effort to meet me half way with the language, instead of trying to make me speak mainly French to him. As a result, I didn't realise some of the things were available such as the free coffee machine downstairs for guests. As is so often the case, not all of the light fittings were functioning in the room, though most were.
