Friednly welcome. Simply decorated but clean and comfortable room. Very good location. Close to Place D'Italie Metro ( lines 5,6 and 7) adn the lively Butte Au Cailles quartier with many bars and restaurants.

I've stayed several times at the Neptune and this was the frst time I was aware of other guests being noisy. I suspect this was because it is Augsut and the hotel is noticeably more busy.

Great location with metro station within a few minutes walking. Safe neighborhood. Nice staff, very helpful. They took our luggage to keep on the day we checked out. Very clean room, cleaned daily. Good value for the money, especially for Paris.

It was very noisy - the room overlooked a street and the isolation was not at all good. We felt as if the neighbours are about to enter our room. Also the room was very very small and basic - there is hardly room for storage. It is quite normal for Paris room to be compact but there are options for improving the space and making renovations.

Small hotel with very friendly staff, location is excellent, quiet street but 2 minute walk to Place D'talie. Good public transport connections and some nice bars and restaurants. Free WiFi and 24 hour reception. Fair quality for the price, nothing fancy, but good enough for a short stay.

Pillow was a bit too hard, but that is a personal thing. No Airco, but even when it was 30 celsius outside, the room was not that hot since the room stays in the shadow.

The location is great: all types of transport, cafes and a shopping center are nearby. The hotel is very nice and clean for a two-star hotel, although the rooms are small. We didn't have breakfast, because there are many points nearby. Cleaning every day

The hotel does not have an elevator and the floors are high. There is no safe or kettle in the room.

Excellent location in the heart of the 13th Arrondisment. Less than 100m from Place d'Italie metro stop on line 6. Excellent choice of restaurants & bars within a few moments walk too. Lots of choice in Asian restaurants too. If you like Japanese/Thai/Chinese/Vietnamese food, the 13th Arr is for you! Italie 2 Shopping centre just across the road too - great choice for shopping. Owner of the hotel very friendly. Nice, easy check-in experience; he took time to give us recommendations for different places for dinner.

Nothing I didn't like. Great, value for money hotel in central Paris. Don't come expecting luxury - it's a basic place to sleep. You don't come to Paris to spend your day in a hotel. After a day sightseeing you want a place to lay your head. This hotel is perfect for this.

The hotel is near to the metro station. It was clean and the breakfast was ok. What we appreciated most was the support given by Gabi, who was extremely helpful with info on how to get to museums and turistic places, to get us a taxi for the airport, and in general was very kind with our requests.

The reason why the rate is one level below exceptional is because the room was in the first floor and our lugagge weighted 20 kgs, and though Gabi helped us to carry them upstairs and downstairs, this kind of information should be pointed out among the characteristics of the hotel,

The room was very clean and the location was lovely. It was not super close to the main Paris attractions but the metro station was very close and could get you to the main areas very quickly. It felt very safe and secure, no worries about our safety while there. Several cute cafes in the area with better pricing than cafes close to the main tourist areas. They arranged our early morning (3:45am) cab to the airport in advance, which was helpful.

There was only one (very flat and flimsy) pillow per bed. When we asked for more pillows, they said they didn't have any. While the desk is claimed to be monitored 24/7, we noticed that coming back in the wee hours, or needing to leave for the airport during these hours, the young man working the desk was clearly sleeping in the back. When you leave the hotel, they take your room key back. They lock the outer door overnight (great for safety! But returning late night, you find the door locked and no way to get in without waking up the young man). While they did arrange for a taxi for us, they failed to mention that he would not take a card. So we arrived at the airport, the driver needed to come into the airport and help us find an ATM in order to pay him.

location was good, room was ok and clean

the lady in the reception was not nice at all (I had to pay €2,40 when I arrived - fees, I gave some coins, and she complained she already had a lot of those… like, I had to say that as a customer, I could pay the way I wanted to… and I was not paying 100 euros in coins! quite crazy and impolite lady)…. the room didn’t have a hair dryer (useful in the winter, of course)… in the last night i asked if I could levar some cheese in a bag, in the fridge (obviously ir didn’t have in the room), and the guy at the reception (he was nicer!) said there was a rule in the hotel for not accepting that, not taking anything for the fridge…

A clean and pleasant hotel. The staff was excellent — very friendly and welcoming. They even checked us in an hour earlier than expected. We were also able to leave our luggage at the reception. Great location, with the metro just around the corner. Even if your room faces the street, it's neither noisy nor hot.

The room was clean and warm from the beginning, what is really important during the winter travel. Stuff was very friendly and ready to help 24/7. Facilities were more than enough, and furniture looked good.

Soundproof was not good, but I wouldn’t expect too much from 2 stars hotel. Advantages are still better than this disadvantage.
