This hotel was perfect for me! The facilities are clean, modern, and well-maintained (I especially appreciated the "mushroom" shower and the nice bathroom). The bed was also really comfortable. Aside from the space itself, it's in a perfect location, as it's close to multiple metro and bus lines. I also appreciated the price and the friendly staff.

There was only one thing that bothered me: the perfume. I mentioned this to the staffer downstairs as well, but there's a strong scent in the hallways that filters into the room as well. I could tolerate it, but my wife wouldn't be able to. All they need to do is remove that, and it would be a 10/10.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, especially if you are in Paris to shop. Galerie Lafayette and Printemps are right on your doorstep! The Opera is also a few minutes away and a great place to visit. plenty of metro options close by too. My room did not have a view but was, on the whole, very quiet. The only time there was noise was when our next door neighbours were using their shower, it got a bit noisy then. Bathroom was quite spacious in comparison to the room and the shower was great. It was a bit chilly in there though! Staff kept our bags after check-out.

The room itself was very small, a bit tight for 2 people but manageable. Not many places to place your suitcases/hang your clothes. There was a safe in one of the cupboards but no fridge. Sadly no tea/kettle facilities which would've been nice. No robes/slippers. We didn't try the breakfast as it was quite basic/continental (13 euros). The lift/elevator was tiny, could only fit one person with a suitcase but that is manageable, you might just need to do a couple of rounds getting your luggage up and down.

The room is good. Even though it is a small size room but everything is clean and comfortable. The bed is comfy as well, only the pillow is a bit too soft for me. The shower runs well. I love the strong water pressure! Location wise is great as well, metro is just like 5mins away and the hotel is literally behind Galeries Lafayette. Definitely no issue on food/ shopping!

Maybe the hotel could provide more flexi check in time. One thing that will definitely add point if the hotel provides slippers to all room

I arrived in Paris very early, at eight in the morning, but when I got to the front desk, the front desk enthusiastically helped me store my luggage. And because I had flown for more than ten hours, my face looked very bad, and the staff let me use their bathroom to wash up, and I felt so good. Then at two in the afternoon, when I was hanging out outside, a heavy rain soaked me. I returned to the hotel and asked if I could check in. They checked the room for me and said it was no problem. I quickly took a hot shower. Thanks again to all the staff.

Kind staff, very clean rooms, perfect location with very good price. Lift was working during my stay. Hot shower was amazing. I will come again.

The soundproofing of the walls, which is an issue throughout Paris, is the only problem. However, I wasn’t bothered by it until the last night. On the final night, extremely noisy guests arrived. I believe people should be a bit more respectful to others!.

Everything was perfect! Starting from the staff, facilities, cleaning, more than perfect! The location is next to Galleries Lafayette, bakeries, everything you need! The lady from the desk(Ilkra- sorry if I didn’t write it right her name) helped us to order a cab in the morning, almost lost our flight because was a strike! With her help, everything was ok in the end! Highly recommend the hotel!

Fantastic location near Saint Lazare station and the opera, with the entrance tucked away in a modest doorway. The room was clean with a modern bathroom. The air conditioner was working well. Staff was crazy helpful and kind - very, very above and beyond. Every single person I encountered here was very friendly.

Hallway sounds traveled easily through the door. Luckily the other guests were quiet, but I could imagine if you were unlucky enough to stay with a big group it could be annoying.

Excellent location, cozy room, cleanliness, comfortable bed, as well as very friendly staff, the possibility to drink coffee during the day - all this made our stay at the hotel excellent. We would especially like to mention Oleg at the reception, attentive and helpful, and answered all our questions. It was very pleasant. We recommend this hotel to everyone and next time we will definitely stay there.

The room size was good for Paris in general. It was clean and had everything needed. Staff were helpful and friendly. Very easy access to metro and airport

The air freshener used in the room and the facility is very intense. It was difficult for allergic people like us. When we returned to the room, we suffered from a cough. We had to open the window of the room a lot. It is important to at least ask the person for the room
