The staff was very friendly and they let us park our car in the parking garage already before checkin which was very nice. The room was big (junior suite) and the bed was very comfortable. We had breakfast included which was very tasty with fresh baguette, pain au chocolat and croissants. Also eggs available and a lot of different cheese and meat options for on your toast. The location is close to different metro stations.

The hotel has free parking which is nice but it is really not made for big cars. We arrived with a bmw 4 series and we barely made it all the way down to the second level. The first turn into the garage is very short because of parked cars and the entrance is just really small. But still nicr to park for free just don't arrive with a dodge ram or something because that is not gonna work. We found some hairs in the room but nothing too bad. The bathub/shower looked more like a normal room on photos instead of a junior suite.

The bar area (also the breakfast area) was beautiful! Insta worthy!! The staff are exceptional. We were on our honeymoon and greeted us in our room with a nice bottle of wine and a heartfelt note. The lovely lady at breakfast was always so helpful with restocking the pastries, clearing out the beans in the coffee machine and offering to make omelettes. We had read the breakfast left a lot to be desired, but we found it to be quite the opposite! Plenty of delicious pastry options, toast, baguettes, fruit, juice, coffee machine (self serve) omelettes etc. We came home late one night and the night shift person let us in and waited at the door for our Uber eats delivery. What a legend!

There were a few things that were a little disappointing. But did not dampen our experience. Firstly - the area. Obviously nothing the hotel can do about this. But just be aware, especially if you are female. This area looks and feels unsafe. As soon as we arrived, we made sure if we went out at night it was only with Ubers. During the day it was still a little scary and intimidating but manageable. When catching the train, suggest you head to Marx Dormoy instead of La Chapelle. It’s safer. The rooms have no showers. They have a handheld shower head but it really threw us that there was no shower. It’s not as bad as I initially thought it would be though. And finally The QR code to get into our room sometimes took a few mins.

Nice design, parking included, very nice large room, friendly professional staff at reception, really good Service. Coffee machine in the room and large TV. Well run hotel.

I had a nice and very large room with so much space but i wished there was a sofa or a comfy arm chair. Instead there was just two designer chairs made of steel wire. They looked cool but were very uncomfortable to sit on. There would be enough space for a nice comfy lounge or sofa to enjoy the large TV. Other than that everything was perfect.

When I arrived at the hotel I was a little in shock how narrow the underground parking was and I missed a little headsup in the hotel information I managed to fit a Audi A6 in and out without a scratch but it did cost me soms drops of sweat. And as a second the neighborhood was like a ghetto where they tried forcing us to give them cash.

Reception colleague named Hani was so helpful and super friendly. He provided us a great room as a free upgrade for our birthday and anniversary celebration. Great and clean hotel with free parking . Location is very convenient, as it is 5 min walk from the metro station from where you can get to any famous place in Paris . For those who want to relax and to have some fun they have a lovely bar downstairs with love dj and charming atmosphere.

For such a value breakfast choose was pretty poor. We asked for omlet and the staff told us it’s a separate charge , while scrambled eggs are included . But the way how they are cooked is not nice at all . They should definitely pay attention more on this topic , as once you staying in such a nice hotel good breakfast really matters. As well coffee machine is pretty old , all the time switching so that they need to remove water. Most people really pay attention on a quality coffee as for the start of your day.

The hotel and the staff were great. A beautiful modern hotel, everything ran smoothly. They even had parking for our car. Rooms were large and clean. At arrival we were upgraded to a premium suite (larger room). Very close to 2 metro stations.

The neighbourhood is rough and felt unsafe. Didn't feel like you were in Paris because of the neighbourhood. Not clean.

We got an upgrade to a larger room, which was great. The outdoor area is pleasant, with seating and a relaxed vibe. It’s in an interesting neighbourhood, full of local shops and world cuisines — though the area might not suit everyone, as it’s a bit unpolished

There was no desk to sit and do some work, even though the room was spacious enough to accommodate one

Very nice decor and ambience, friendly reception and cleaning staff, clean comfortable room, good gym. The breakfast looked lovely although we didn't have any.

The location wasn't ideal but that was our choice, to get a good value stay. It was safe and clean, and in the Indian/other ethnicities area, so the only issue with that for us was that the supermarkets didn't stock the kind of food we were looking for.

Great hotel in the middle of Stade de France and the center. If you come by car and you use e-bikes, this is a great place to stay. They have their own parking garage and getting there from the highway is very easy. The room was very spacious and the staff is friendly. Price quality is attractive!

The parking garage is small - so if you drive a big SUV I recommend you call them before arrival to get a spot on the 1st deck (-1 level), so you don't have to go further down.

Nice big room ( they said they upgraded us but wasn’t sure if that was the genius thing or on top of that) with a really comfortable bed and quiet aircon. Underground parking. Some of the Japanese food was exceptionally good!

The location. Handy for metro but as a smartly dressed tourist you do feel out of place in the locality. We took taxis after dark. Also some noise from the train tracks that aren’t too far away.
