Meliá Paris Vendôme could not be in a more convenient location for a visitor to Paris. A short walk to the Metro Concorde station, you are easily connected to the rest of Paris. The neighborhood? Surrounded by high end boutiques, great bistros, a block away from beautiful Jardin des Tuileries (and Musée l'Orangerie- Monet's Water Lilies!) We loved their great, helpful staff! Excellent breakfast buffet. Did I mention the staff? Magnifique!

Not even a big negative, but the Meliá is an older (but gorgeous, immaculate) hotel. As in some older hotels, the bathrooms are somewhat smaller, but still beautifully outfitted. Look at that amazing tile work!

The Melia Vendome is super central for those looking to shop the luxury boutiques on St. Honore. The hotel itself is clean and great for a short stay whether on holiday or business. The concierge and front desk were super pleasant and made the experience lovely. Breakfast was nice as well.

I would expect at this price point that there would be a coffee machine in the room. The room which I was initially assigned was extremely dark in addition to being very small, and the AC was working well. The front desk did help me switch immediately which was great. I would also recommend having much better pillows, I had a neck ache after a few nights.

The staff was really nice, I loved Marc, Julia and the overall friendliness of Melia's staff. Breakfast is good too and the bar is elegant. They serve really good drinks and food! The location is amazing. Jardin des tuileries is a short 1 min walk. Le Louvres is within 10 min.

There's no AC. They came to work on it the first day and they told me they had started it but you really couldn't feel it. I come from the US, so I am used to AC everywhere we go, and Paris was hot while I stayed there.

Close to everything, nice bar in place and excellent service from reception, girls on the front desk made a gift for my little ones and they loved it, we didn't know about the Parisian rule about no more than 3 people in the room but again they help us to solve it.

The breakfast was great! It prepared us for our day of exploring Paris. The rooms had a mini bar and was helpful after long days. The room was always ready and clean by the time we requested. Nice experience.

The location of this hotel is excellent for seeing the major attractions. Breakfast was good. Rooms are of good size for a European city.

While this hotel is excellent for seeing the major attractions, it is in a very expensive part of Paris. Breakfast was expensive for what you received. For a longer stays, the rooms lack a place to unpack your clothes. At this price point, it would be nice not to have to live out of your suitcase for 6 nights.

Front of house staff very friendly! Room was small- to be expected but the bathroom was amazing! Outstanding location!

Hotel was so central to where we needed to go, staff were so pleasant and accomodating from the time we arrived to when we left. Hotel was spotless throughout and rooms were cleaned everyday. There wasn't a sound at night, a very quiet hotel. Our main stay was for the Tour De France so the location was excellant, the riders passed in a loop 8 times where we stood at the end of our street Rue Cambon/Rue Rivolli, so we got to see them a few times and had front row viewing! There was a fair in the Jardin De Tuillers going on from June to August which was fun, straight across the road and then The Lourve is only a 5 min walk away. Also Place de la Vendome and Place De La Concorde is just around the corner. So much to see and do right on your doorstep, anything else is a metro stop away or a quick taxi ride.

The price of the breakfast. €28 per person. We went out and found a few local restaurants nearby, much cheaper. For the price we paid for the hotel, it could have been included.

We loved the location of the hotel but we also found the staff to be helpful with sightseeing recommendations as well as dinner reservations. Marina, in particular, was helpful with the planning of our trip.

The street is very congested and there isn't a dedicated space out front to load and unload the car/taxi.
