Superb location in Montparnasse. Down the road were some good cafes and brasseries, we stayed for 3 nights and ate locally after visiting attractions. It’s also a two minute walk to two metro stations, very accessible. Hotel staff were friendly and let us deposit our luggage after we checked out. Very clean environment and excellent room service.

Only downside was that the bathroom did not have an extractor so the room got steamy after use. Pillows on the bed were also hard and was uncomfortable to sleep on.

The location was incredible, the hotel was clean and had everything we needed. I also want to highlight the gentlemen working July 7 after 3pm and July 8 after 3pm who was incredibly accommodating and able to help us. His kindness and gentleness made all the difference

We had a challenge with our first room as the AC was running loudly and leaking water everywhere. We were able to dry the machine (the dripping was so loud) and sleep with the window open (though this invited plenty of cigarette smoke in).

Plenty of restaurants nearby with variety to suit any holiday makers. The staff at reception were attentive and helpful, especially Oliver who helped take our bags prior to check in as we arrived early. Location was great too with easy access to public transport by bus or train to all the major attractions. The room was a little small but very comfortable and had everything we needed.

The street was a little noisy at night, easily fixed with some good earplugs.

Room was small, but clean and tidy. Location next to gate de Montparnasse and metro was perfect. Lots of good food places nearby. Beds were comfy. Aircon worked well

Unfortunately we were placed next to the elevator and could hear it moving up and down the building as well as the doors opening and closing all night long. Sounded like someone noisily moving shopping trollies above you so didn’t get much sleep. Unfortunately not much that can be done about it

The location is fantastic! The hotel is located in a quite and small street close to the busy avenues. It is quiete! You can visit the 6th , 7th, and more easily by walking distance. Near the hotel, there are lots of nice bars and restaurants. Great food, very international for all budgets. The staff is very nice. Each of them is very sympathetic and ready to help. You feel like at home. Breakfast is nice. There is choice: cheese, meat, eggs, different breads, croissants, cereals, juice, compotes, yoghurts and more.

The breakfast room is a bit small and without window. Floor is the minus 1. The lift arrives in the room. There is also a stair coming down from the reception. So, it is safe..

I loved the location beside 2 metro station so convenient and plenty of restaurants nearby busy vibrant area. Room was a good size for central Paris comfortable bed and pillows. Staff very friendly and always greeted us on arrival or leaving hotel. I would recommend this hotel and would book again if (or I should say when) I return

Great location - very central. 40 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower or accessible via metro. Montparnasse is a beautiful area with gorgeous cafes and restaurants. I would definitely return to the area. Odessa cafe along the road was the highlight of our stay with exceptional service.

Air conditioning unit very noisy. Unable to keep it on during the night due to noise.

We only stayed one night for the Olympics, but this was probably the quietest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in! Given the location in the city I wasn’t expecting it to be that way, but it was great. The room was clean and tidy and comfortable, staff were friendly on arrival and the location is very excellent, with lots of food options on Odessa street.

The rate was very pricey given it was during the Olympics, obviously taking advantage of the expected demand.

Excellent location, very close to 2 metro stations. A lot of restaurants and stores around. Breakfast was good, and the room was quiet but a bit small. You don't have much space to move around or put your things, but this is the case of most places in Paris

AC didn't work very good. We had 2 nights with no AC but they gave us a free breakfast for the inconvenience.

Location was amazing. The street had little car traffic, tons of restaurants including a very affordable and delicious sushi place. The staff were friendly and helpful. Two metro stations nearby. I'd stay here again!

Rooms were small but a/c was great.
